Ambiance: Shiny. This kiosk has a great location right beside several gates and shops. There is plenty of seating here and it's a wonderful place to sit and watch the planes while you wait to board your flight. Service: Fast. Not necessarily polite because they are a busy kiosk in the brand new Terminal A and they don't have the luxury of slowing down and giving the whole Starbucks routine during peak service times. I'd rather they be fast, then polite and talkative. Food: Standard Starbucks fair. There are several restaurants and food kiosks right beside and around, so there's no need to stop for food. Coffee is done to standard though and that's all I care about. I will say that the pricing is high - but it's airport pricing and the tri-state area. Overall, I hope to fly in and out of Terminal A again, so I can stop by.

Easy store to access, lots of seating as well as places to stand after you order. The staff is friendly and efficient. Nothing to complain about there. My chai grape coulda been less runny but it did the job.

Standard Starbucks food and drink. Line was long, but fast moving. Well-staffed. $30 for 2 drinks and 2 sandwiches. 2024 pricing. :( Most popular places for breakfast in the airport. Not much in the way of ambiance -- lots of people on line and waiting. You wouldn't stick around there to eat. Just grab and go. Tip: order in advance with mobile app for quicker pick-up.

As a Flight Attendant, I was underwhelmed with my experience here. On 11/26/23 around 12pm, my entire flight crew and I mobile ordered but mine was the order that got screwed up. I ordered a cheese danish and a grandé caramel macchiato that had a few extras. My danish came out but when I kindly asked where my drink was they asked to see my online receipt twice as if I would lie about having a drink also. Smh. I felt so disrespected especially as a flight crew member. Why in the world would I lie?? I also regretfully used 200 of my earned Starbucks points on this order to feel ostracized and risked being delayed for a flight that I work. Disgusting. Instead of pulling up my order on their screen, I was asked what I wanted in my drink and of course when I got my drink it wasn't correct nor to my liking at all. Two of the reasons people go to Starbucks is for the nice experience and to receive a personalized name cup. Unfortunately, I received neither. This place is overstaffed with peoplewho under-deliver.

The experience at the cashier was perfectly good. Greeted me, and helped me order an iced espresso with cream. the person making my drink however didn't give me any ice and just filled my espresso drink with mostly water? I asked her if she could remake it, and she yelled at me to order no water next time, and grabbed my drink out of my hands to remake it. if she had a name tag on, I'd give her a lovely shoutout...

New Starbucks at EWR Terminal A is a great find! Friendly staff, delicious coffee, and convenient location. I highly recommend it!The location of the Starbucks is in the heart of Terminal A, making it easy to find and access.The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they are always happy to help you find the perfect coffee.The coffee is always fresh and delicious, and they have a wide variety of options to choose from.The Starbucks is also a great place to relax and people-watch.

For how busy this Starbucks gets, the staff are all very helpful, friendly and efficient. There is also a full selection of Starbucks here, making it easily one of the better airport locations I have been to.
