Staff was rude, acting like they were handing out drinks for free. I specifically asked for light ice, but they gave me double full ice, leaving me with mostly ice instead of the drink I paid for. Really disappointing experience.

Early morning Worst experience at Terminal B. Ruins your morning. Some staff not polite, they take order very rudely from everyone.
They dont accept your Starbucks app QR code where you can earn points.

30 minutes for a strawberry acai? It’s not like I’m just stopping at Starbucks in my hometown. This is an airport and there’s flights to catch. Oh and by the way I never got my drink. Manager-staff better it’s embarrassing

The worst I've ever been to. The service and treatment are terrible. They don't know how to make drinks and are rude if you ask for a replacement. I ordered a Mocha Frappuccino with caramel on the rim of the glass, and what they gave me was a glass of milk with extra chocolate and almost a two-inch layer of caramel on the bottom. Every time I tried to drink it, I just swallowed caramel. These two employees definitely need more training and a customer service course.

It's a Starbucks that serves 10 gates - just use mobile order because they don't have many peopke
Positives first, my drink was fine, and I appreciate the cleaning staff (whom I believe is not Starbucks staff from their uniforms though) for keeping the tables and seating areas spotless.
However, the service from the counter staff (all dark-skinned women on duty in the weekday afternoon last week, for the sake of identification in case there were other staff in the roaster) who was very unprofessional.
(1) One barista gave me a dismissive response when I asked a simple question about their branches within the airport.
(2) the cashier’s attitude toward customers felt cold and uninviting, but seemed indeed friendly with her coworkers for laughter occasionally while not at the counter.
(3) To make matters worse, she selected a tip amount on the payment screen without asking me, and then back away from the counter with her back facing me, expecting me to pay as if that's what's meant to be.
This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks, especially at an airport location. While there are a lot of other reviews than me expressing widely negative experiences, it does already mean something. I hope management seriously reviews staff behavior and training.

The staff are so rude! I ordered ahead and checked the order on the counter for my name. Although the only drink on the counter was hot, I checked it just in case as it’s not out of the ordinary for Starbucks to make the drink wrong. The lady at the counter then rudely told me that drink is hot and mine is iced. She snidely asked me if I was even sure what I ordered and then shoved the drink without even looking at me. The staff here have an attitude problem and seem miserable to be there.

I deffinetly enjoyed the service from beginning to end. I even have to compliment Kristen for verifying my drink before she handed it to me and took it upon herself to fixing it on the spot, thank you. The only thing that can't be helped is the overwhelming amount of people that were on-line for such a small location it seemed super busy either they need more space or more people.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I waited forever to even ask for an ice water from barista. She said rudely, “did you order something? I have to make drinks. they’ve been waiting.” and proceeded to tell me to go to the disgusting water stations at jfk.
I didn’t even ask until the people I saw get into line after I walked up got their drinks. I’ve been waiting the longest.
No wonder this store has the worst rating I’ve ever seen. No starbucks or coffee shop refuses to give water to anyone. Get a water station if you won’t help your customers (I go to starbucks EVERY DAY).

I went to this location Tuesday 7/22 at around 5pm and the female worker (african american in her 30s, overweight) there was extremely rude and disrespectful. She should be fired, I have never experienced such unprofessional conduct and behavior from a starbucks barista before
Stopped by the Starbucks in Terminal B at EWR. Got my coffee exactly as ordered, which is always appreciated. Service was okay - nothing standout, but it got the job done. Convenient for a quick airport pick-me-up.

Don’t even see the details before making customer order not worth at all . The Muslim lady is so arrogant I ordered for cold coffee with cream and paid extra money for cream she given me cold coffee and saying this is the thing not even checking what I ordered
Stood in line for over 40 minutes, and cashiers RUDELY said they’re not taking cash. No sign near the front, nothing letting people know they’re taking card only. Huge waste of my time. Rude employees. Even offered to pay exact change…..and they still won’t take cash
Only one person working and huge line.
