Badly made Apple Crisp Macchiato. How difficult is one of your most popular fall drink to make with zero customizations? Also, it costs upwards of $8 here for a grande.

I attempted to use an Air Canada voucher, which clearly states that it expires within one year of issuance (please see attached picture for reference). However, when I presented the voucher, the employee did not even glance at it and instead informed me that it had expired within 24 hours of issue, making it invalid.

This response was not only incorrect but also reflected a lack of customer service skills. Rather than taking a moment to review the voucher or seek clarification, the employee dismissed it outright. As a loyal Starbucks customer, I expect the staff to be better trained in both customer service and the handling of various types of vouchers.

I hope this feedback will help improve the training and responsiveness of your team, ensuring that future interactions reflect the high standards that Starbucks is known for.

The staff was pretty rude. When asked for a couple sriracha for my sandwich, one of the young lady was like “what? No”. And then from another employee I learnt it’s because they don’t have any more left. Simple situation but communicated so poorly!

The worst experience. There are many employees, but the male employee at the front desk is also frowning, and in particular, the ordered iced Americano, which is usually a dark brown color came out as a faint orange. I've never seen such a disappointment of an Americano before. So I asked for it again
and the female employee threw the coffee in an angry manner without any apology to me. If you work for wages, you have to work with at least the responsibility of the job, but the employees here were not professional at all. It's the worst Starbucks store I've ever been to.

Poor guy working all by himself serving so many people at 4:30pm… why do we not have an ability to tip him? Why is he collecting money AND MAKING DRINKS? He deserves to be paid twice what he’s making for having to work so hard. There should be a tip jar or line for tipping.

This is the most ghetto Starbucks in any airport. The service is aggressively negligent and rude bordering on hostility. The person taking our orders did not have even the faintest idea what the basic drinks were and completely fouled up our order. The food and drink prep areas were utter chaos with the staff hurling items into the sink. It did not seem like they were understaffed but the employees were obviously completely clueless as to how to prepare basic drinks.
Consequently there was a massive line of people waiting for drinks with a constant stream of customers returning and saying “my order is wrong!”
Avoid this business at all costs.

I travel often and today i tried to order a trenta ice coffee, and the manager marcos tried charging me for each pump of flavor and classic, he explained that starbucks just started charging this, when i said what changed to this morning to 7pm, he just ignored me and was playing in his phone, the coffee would have cane out to $10 and when ordered in the app there was no charge at all and paid the regular $6. I can see why this place has 1.9 stars and i don’t see it getting any better

There are not many options at terminal B so I have to keep going back to this Starbucks. I cannot complain about the long lines but the employee attitude is very bad. Also they are out of stuff frequently.

We picked up some coffee after a family trip, and we ordered a matcha latte and regular latte. When we ordered, we stood there for an actual 20 minutes there. When we asked if we were at the right store, they said we were, and that our drinks had just been sitting there for 15 minutes! When we asked why they hadn't told us that our drinks were ready, the store employee simply rolled their eyes and said "Well I don't know."
We're never going here again.

I did a quick stop for a expresso and got so disappointed. Took more than 5 minutes to be ready, when they called me the coffee was in a big cup and cold.
