I ordered over the phone for pickup. When I arrived. I was greeted by a very rude lady which I later found out that she was the owner of the restaurant. When she rang up my order I put the cash in her hand but when she gave me my change she shoved it across the counter to me with a frown on her face. I will not spend my money at this establishment again. Customer service is everything to me, no matter who you are.

The food was amazing, the drinks were top-tier, and the vibe was unmatched. The staff made me feel so special and made sure everything went smoothly. The music, the crowd, and the overall energy were just right — classy, fun, and full of good vibes. You can truly feel the culture and love in this place. I’ll definitely be back! 🖤🎉✨

Me and my fiance went to eat here on a Saturday no one was in there so they weren’t busy the food was good but some of the stuff on the menu is ala Carte and it’s a language barrier so we asked if the catfish came with sides and the gentleman said yes but when the bill came we were charged for the sides and also even though they are BYOB there is a $20 cork fee even though we didn’t need a cork to open our bottle. I did sent an email to the restaurant voicing my opinion

I have to share my honest experience because I am truly not happy with the service and food at your establishment today, especially after driving about an hour to get there only to leave disappointed.
We arrived shortly after 7pm. The staff member who took our order had large headphones in his ear and seemed very uninterested, which did not set a welcoming tone. I ordered the Senegalese rice with dibi and plantains, while my husband ordered the Rasta pasta with plantains.
Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The rice tasted old and lacked freshness, while the Rasta pasta was overcooked. My husband only managed a few bites before giving up. Neither of us could enjoy the meal, and the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
Sadly, I will not be returning!

I often order from here on Uber eats under the name Bob builder and I usually get the side Of Senegal Jollof I can admit I’ve ordered at least eight times in one month but the last couple times I’ve decided to place the order on DoorDash and go pick it up because I had a coupon code so when I got my food, I ordered the $25 plate of jollof And I noticed it came in the same container as the $10 order that I usually make on Uber eats I told the person working there that I usually get the same amount of food for a lesser price so I thought it would be a bigger container or something they told me that it was more meat than usual it comes with and I was just surprised to see that for $15 more. I would’ve been better off to just get two of the sides that I usually get however, the owner talk to me and she compensated me by giving me another small plate of the rice so I was pleasantly surprised that they were so accommodating and I will continue to order from there again under the name of Bob builder on Uber eats because I think I usually get better quality food when I do that, but I don’t think they were judging me or anything. I was just surprised that I got the same quantity of food for a higher price however the owner did accommodate me so it’s OK but the food there is really really really good and I really like the jollof. It’s really so good

Just want to say this place looks nice but the customer service sucks. I ordered some simple tacos. I drove there and sat in my car for 10 min before walking in to the restaurant. I get in and I pay and I ask how long and they said 5minutes. 10min pass ask about the food. The guy goes and Check and never communicates with me again. 30min pass and I stop a guy who served a lady that walked in well after me. Meanwhile she ordered to stay I called in ahead of time. He goes and checks and tells me they made a mistake and forgot to do the shrimp tacos. Great!! I ask how long he says 5minutes. I inform him that that’s what y’all said now 40minutes ago. From the call to me driving, then sitting in my car to awaiting in the restaurant, it took them about an hour to give me two orders of tacos. I have never in my whole life waited that long for some tacos. Let alone placed a head of time. I should have been composited. I asked for my money back and they were acting like they couldn’t. I don’t recommend this place at all. They have weak connection skills, weak customer service and also the food is mid!
