Customer service is just as important as quality of the food.with that being said how do you get the order wrong?all you have to do is repeat to the customer to make sure the order is correct not Stephanie's Barbecue they just write down what ever they think they heard I'm not sure how they are still in business but I will never spend money or time at Stephanie's Barbecue again

Rude and disrespectful on the phone. They can’t understand what you are ordering have to repeat it three times they call three times to get the address and then ended up and brought the wrong order. I called them and they didn’t even seem to care. Said I could go pick it up. We never order from them again very bad business.

Then I ordered a coffee and they said they don't have milk.Nobody speaks English and Absolutely horrible food. Never againI need a napkin and they don't have any

Go in to order one thing, they get the order wrong and still charge me for it.
Piss poor service. The person who took the order asked for my address multiple times. Then the driver called and asked for me to text it to him because he doesn’t speak good English. But if you speak Spanish why the person on the phone couldn’t translate the address to him. But he kept saying “Yo” then wanted me to walk up to his car in the snow. And had a very nasty attitude. NEVER AGAIN SO UNPROFESSIONAL

For $11.10 I got half a rotisserie chicken, 2 cups of buttery soft rice and piping hot black beans. It could have fed a family of 4! Chicken was juicy and had great crisp skin and good flavor. It took only about 5 minutes to prepare. Napkins, sauces and utensils included.

I order a ribs combo with fries & rice. The ribs was salty and the rice was cold. I had a snaple she sent me unsweetened tea as a drink without calling me to notify me that she didn’t have the drink I ask for. When I call the restaurant I spoke tot he cashier she referred to me that she was too busy that’s why’s he didn’t give me a call. That was very rude and unprofessional to take to a customer. A first customer I never order from here it was my first time & it will be my last. Shut the place down. It’s no good to be Selling food.
