When I first stumbled upon this unassuming barbecue joint, my expectations were modest at best. For $11.10 I got half a rotisserie chicken, 2 cups of buttery soft rice and piping hot black beans. It could have fed a family of 4! Chicken was juicy and had great crisp skin and good flavor. It took only about 5 minutes to prepare. Napkins, sauces and utensils included.
This place, unlike other BBQ spots, will not have you apply for a loan to purchase a meal. Their prices for the food portion is fair. The more you pay the bigger the portion. My experience; I purchased similar items but half the portion for the double the price at other BBQ spots.
