They do not properly honor subways promotions. Depending on the employee, They have a greedy mentality. Asked for two sandwiches on a 6.99 promotion there was barely any meat at all. Some employees have no manners and seem very annoyed to have to serve you. Understandable that the place next door has a lot more costumers than they do nowadays.

Worst experience with rishi and the lady on Sunday Feb 23 worst experience!!!! Ever with the subway. I recently had a great experience at Subway. The portions were generous, and the fresh ingredients made the meal really filling. I went with the Great Garlic sandwich loaded with all the toppings, and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and made sure everything was just the way I wanted. The store was super clean, and its convenient location near campus is a big plus. I also like that they have deals like the $6 footlongs.

The worse subway and they rude as hell in there we ordered online for our food with uberests we didn't like they attitudes so we asked for a refund they told us to cancel our order online and we will get our money back when that wasn't even the case we cancelled the order and they told us we get no refund because they already made the food and charged us.

Never coming back to this one no wonder there's like 3 subways on one block

**To the owner of:Subway Restaurant155 University Ave Newark, New JerseyOne of the employees need to be retrained ASAP. The customer service/attitude stinks! The order taker/cashier appeared to be a "zombie robot." While waiting on line to place an order and watched how other customers were being treated, I walked out. The customers were NOT greeted. The customers had to greet him and it appeared he was annoyed by people who approached to place their order.Customers should be WELCOMED.*Remember-The wrong employees can and will ruin your business!
