Front desk girl is very rude and mean . I walked in the store and I told i will order from app . I placed the order since I was right there I wanted to customise sauces instead of placing in my order . Which anyway costs 0$ but just because I was there In person I didn't do it . And I did place my order. I asked the lady who picked up my order and started making I asked if that's mine she said yes . All I asked her was I would like to choose sauce and add a little more lettuce. She told me it will be extra if I pick extra sauces they don't customise online orders in a tone like as if I was not there. They don't give good customer service especially while talking to customers. I told her they can charge me but I would like different sauces she rudely put garlic sauce on it as I mentioned in my order comment. Staff is trash food was good but I felt so bad I would've added another sauce but she wrapped my sandwich so rudely put little sauce on it . I posted a picture like I see very little sauce and her rudeness while eating .

when i went to the store, they were rude to me and my friends and after i ordered my sandwich i found plenty amount of hair in my sandwich. i called and explained the situation they said its not their problem. the pic of the hair is just one of the ones i found 0/10 dont recommend

When we came in with some of our friends and asked for a sandwich , one of the women employee all of a sudden get mad and asked us to leave even sweared at us. When we asked for a reason she said it was my friends face that irritated her. I travelled so many countries and so many food places this was the worst place I have ever seen. I can’t believe this disrespect this shouldn’t be happening don’t even think of going there.

My friend was rudely kicked out of the store with offensive language. It’s completely unacceptable for staff to treat customers this way. I expected better behavior from a brand like Subway. I hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses it properly.

terrible sandwich btw and terrible services
They started yelling at me, saying I was very rude because I couldn’t understand what the woman was saying. They swore at me and kicked me out. Rudest service I have ever seen in my life.

I have been a subway customer for over 20 years and at different locations. I almost always order the same sandwich asking for extra lettuce and extra sauce.
The person making the sandwich put very little lettuce and thin lines of sauce. When I asked for extra lettuce, he wanted to charge me extra for the veggies and extra for each sauce (4 thin lines of mayo, 2 thin lines sweet onion, 2 thin lines of honey mustard). I asked to show me where on the menu it has the price of extra veggies and sauce listed. While Subway explicitly states that there is a charge for extra meat and extra guac (which is known and expected), they didn't state anything anywhere about extra veggimes or limit on the the sauce. When ashow much is extra, the employee made up a 50 cents per occurence. When I asked him to show me where that is written, he pointed to his guides for making sandwiches which doesn't even show any price.
If that is how they make their tips, I would have been more than happy to leave a few $ as tip for a well made sandwich and a positive experience.
I don't mind paying extra when it's officially and clearly listed. I just don't appreciate being misled into paying more or misled into thinking that some hidden rule limits me from chosing the combination that I have been ordering for decades.
After asking them to show me the documentation, they didn't end up charging me extra. Just the fact that customers have to argue about some made up undocumented charge spoils the experience. This makes me think twice before stepping foot in this subway store again.
To the manager: Is it worth it to lose a regular customer over a few shreds of lettuce or a squeeze of mayo?

You can't use deals here. They'll cancel your order. Sandwiches are mid at best. Half the time they are out. Go to the one near Rutger Newark If you want subway, it's a 5 minute walk between campuses.

Worst subway store I’ve ever been, there was a insane manager as she says. Giving really bad attitudes to her colleague and the customers as well. I hope she gets fired. Im reaching out to her supervisor
I ordered a chicken salad, and aside from the fact that the portion was really small and barely filled half the container (Subway’s salad bowls are already small), the amount of chicken was minimal, and the lettuce was wilted and clearly not fresh. I strongly recommend not ordering anything from this branch
