Be careful. Not sure if it's it's under New Management but there are many mishaps lately. The new workers don't seem to be trained well on the cash register. I was overcharged and the other worker had to help the cashier. The next time I went another customer was overcharged at the cash register. The breads don't seem to be fresh anymore. The second time my bread was definitely not baked the same day. Instead of replenishing baking fresh cookies, they're taking the cookies out of the boxes to give one or two ordered. I doubt if I will go back. If those mistakes are being made and shortcuts being taken with the food. I can't trust this location anymore.

I ordered a sandwich from this location and it was the worst experience I have ever had. It is often very difficult for me to find a good meal outside of my own kitchen because I have a vegetarian diet and my only go-to tends to be places like subway. But this location was a horrible disappointment. I ordered the veggie and cheese delight with lettuce cucumbers black olives red onions and green peppers. When I opened the sandwich there was more sauce and veggies. Everything was sloppy and nasty and there wasn't even a slice of cheese to be found; just soggy bread with a pinch of vegetables. This location is a disgrace to the subway name. And the service from the employees is absolutely horrendous

I went to this location today (05/30/2024) for lunch. I ordered a honey mustard chicken wrap. The attendant sloppily threw the sandwich together with meat and vegetables spilling from the sides. I ate the sandwich and was left with a heap of leftovers, so I asked another attendant if I could purchase a half of a roll. The attendant told me that the half roll would cost $5.54. I declined as ARE YOU KIDDING me, $5.54 for a 6 inch piece of bread, I could have walked to the nearby supermarket and purchased a whole loaf of bread at that price. Whatever happened to customer service, especially since the attendant did such a poor job with making the original sandwich. This will be my last time patronizing this franchise, as the customer service is very lacking.
