it took them at least an hour and a half to finish my payment because their machine was not working to pay out my tab. they gave me water down drinks for $60. it was too fruity Long Islands which shouldn't cost that much the girl behind the camera overcharged me why I don't know because I wasn't seeing people pay $20 for them drinks I watched the whole bar because it wasn't that crowded. this is for a younger crowd. I did see too young ladies in there that look underage with a gentleman who was buying the whole bar Hennessy shots who am I to judge I just will never go here again and I will not recommend this place. service was trash

Literal crap. Don't waste your money unless you're looking to throw 35$ away. After a 2 HOUR wait I go inside to check and see what is taking so long and then they tell me they're out of oxtail (I PAID 2 HRS AGO). They went and charged me 35$ for the other meal that should have been 30$. They also advertised a sale on the EVERY meal for 30$..at the door I'm charged 35$ even after telling them that the advertisement was for 30$ every meal. Im not one to argue about a few dollars especially if im holding up other people in the process. Liars, scammers, thieves, and over all bad for business.
I will be reporting to the better business bureau and will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure this situation is taken care of the RIGHT WAY.

We ordered 2 oxtails with Mac n cheese and Rasta pasta and one wings with mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. All menu items were posted ON SALE TODAY for $30 a plate (it was even posted on there Instagram), but when you arrive they let you know that oxtails are an extra $5 even though the post clearly states otherwise and does not specify an up charge. Now after waiting for so long and having an order already placed we have now just been informed they no longer have oxtails. WE ORDERED 2 HOURS AGO WHEN YOU DID HAVE OXTAILS. They want to now substitute for ribeye AND STILL CHARGE THE $5 EXTRA. This place is highly unprofessional from the ridiculous service to the rude workers. This is the first and the very LAST time I will ever go there nor will I ever recommend this place to any of my family or friends! Or anybody for that matter.

I am astonished about the service. Came in on Saturday at 10PM. Waited 20 mins after we came in to receive service, after I had to ask the bartender to send someone over. Then she approached me like “You want to order food?”. I try to support black owned businesses but the service is actually horrible. And the late night menu is not for my dietary restrictions. I am gluten free and can not eat meat often. Just writing a review because the owner has a right to know, that type of stuff will make you go out of business.
I don't care what these other reviews are about. Go here and order the honey garlic wings. My two friends and I devoured an order and quickly got a second.
Visited this place on Father’s Day and ordered off of their brunch menu (catfish and grits) and it was the best I ever had and I’m not just saying this because I was hungry lol… the mixed drinks were tasty but not strong enough for me…. The music was playing hella throwbacks lol, and I’m heading there again just to try out their hookah … overall comforting experience!
