Anybody that says the rasta pasta here is good has broken tastebuds, the sauce is GARBAGE, barely any jerk seasoning, the pasta is overcooked to hell and they PILE it into your platter and its dry idk if they add the sauce first and put the pasta on top but the pasta on top of the platter shouldn’t be dry, the shrimp is steamed and tasteless, if you want jamaican food just get it elsewhere, maybe brooklyn or queens, these folks are scamming over there in newark, not worth the platter they serve it in, fleeced out of $23 for this bs, i ended up throwing the whole thing away, smh

I ordered Curry Chicken and Cow Foot. They ran out of Cow Foot so I replaced it with Fried Chicken. Both dishes were horrible. The “curry chicken” had a weird taste and is not authentic. The fried chicken was dry out and had no flavor. First and last time ordering from this place.

✨First Time Customer. I Kicked Out $60.00. I Purchased Oxtails Over Alfredo Noodles. First Off The Noodles Was Ok, The Alfredo Was Ok…. The Oxtails Was Tough, Small And Not Meaty. For $26.00 I Wasn’t Expecting VERY Large Pieces, But I Was Expecting Better. Then I Ordered A Large Peas And Rice W/Oxtail Gravy. It Was Ok. I Also Ordered Chili Wings… Now Those Was ROCKIN! Ordered 2 Beef Patties Which Was Also Good. I Ordered In The Evening. Maybe It Was An Off Day, But It Wasn’t That Great (Especially The Oxtails). I’ll Stick To What I Know (Also Tipped $11.00).✨

Kid-friendliness: Environment is very kids friendly and clean.The food tasted really good I will recommend this restaurant anytime of the day they are open 24hrs which I've never seen a Jamaican spot open 24hrs so it was very convenient for me to get food and continue to get food here after my shift that ends at 2 in the morning.I come here for my breakfast almost every morning.

I didn’t leave a review in service or atmosphere ad we ordered on the phone and picked it up. We visited this place while on vacation. Husband got jerk chicken that was so charred he couldn’t eat it. I got my kids fried chicken with macaroni. The fried chicken had no flavor and was overcooked and dry. My kids didn’t eat a single piece. Macaroni had flavor but we didn’t like it at all. I got ox tails and it was decent. Nothing to be excited over. The veggies were good and plantains. That’s probably the only thing I really enjoyed the veggies and plantains. Picture is showing my oxtails and a piece of husband overly charred chicken. We spent $60 and most of it was not edible. Gave two stars because my oxtails were edible but again nothing to be excited over everything else went in the trash.
