hoping for an enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of all the employees. From the moment I placed my order, it felt as though they were doing me a favor rather than providing customer service. I left my food with them couldn’t even eat it . They need really work on their manners.

The employee was dismissive, made no effort to be courteous, and responded to simple questions with condescension. Their attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. As a customer, I expect basic respect and politeness, which were clearly lacking during this visit.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the staff's behavior. Good customer service is crucial to any dining experience, and it was unfortunately absent in this case.

We wait more then 30 min for a burger the guy was doing nothing and when we ask they said oh yeah and the procedure to do all the other orders after us when we ask again after 30min they finally gave it to us and when we ask for the coffe that they forgot they gave us with that big face, not even a smile there super impolite and waiting for to long not recommended

Waited 40 min for 2 breakfast burgers. I don’t understand how the older lady with curly hair and glasses even has a job there. She’s abrasive, slow working, and gets the orders wrong from my observation. The only nice person was the gentleman cooking our burgers. Thank you. If you’re in a rush, as most people are in the airport, avoid this place at all costs. Came here around 0630 am

A disorganized mess. No organization or coordination. Plenty of visible staff wandering around or talking on the phone while one poor kid mans the grill. Leave an extra 30 minutes to get your food.

It's a shame that Newark Airport, United Airlines, and RTG are so willing to milk captive customers with exorbitant prices for mediocre food and willfully deficient service.

I ordered 2 grain bowls and a fruit bowl.
We waited in line for our food for 15 minutes and then had to talk to the cook before she finally make our food.
Once it was made, the grain bowls were cold and had spinach instead of kale, way too much yogurt, no avocado which was supposed to come with it, and it did not taste good.
They also used the same utensils to make the vegetarian food as what they used to cook the meat.
The fruit bowl was ok, but the fruit tasted old and there were some moldy blueberries in it.
The prices were also way too high especially for the quality. $15 for each grainbowl, and $12 for the fruit bowl. Neither was worth the price

Pretty rude and not accommodating. When missing ingredients they substituted without options and then when we asked for something clearly on the bar they refused it. Guess what happens when one company has a monopoly on all dining in the terminal

It was fine.
The most important thing is that they don't require you phone number or email to places an order, (looks like all food court stalls do not require that) like all the fine establishments around.
It took less than 10 mins to get my omelette ready with already at least 2 orders in front of me in process, but it was 8am in the morning.

The rudest worker. She took well over 20 mins to make and egg sandwiche. The manager came out and asked her why was it taking long she lied. She put her hair net on while cooking my eggs, gross!!! If you want your money back you have to go on a website. 30 dollars for 2ham and egg sandwiches. So rude!!! Omg the ppl behind me wanted their money back. If I could give no stars I would. I asked them to ID themselves so I could issue a complaint and they refused to do so, no accountability.

Where do I even start....There were several orders placed, ahead od and after mine, and the workers just stood there talking and on their phones.When they finally decided to start cooking did so WITHOUT gloves. Went from touching his phone, to raw meat, and then immediately picked up the buns and started cutting them...I honestly just wanted to ask for a refund.
