Ordered from them a week ago, food was cold and a bit lower quality but I enjoyed some of the sushi offerings since they’re, different so figured I’d give them another try and order some of the “unique” sushi offerings since my siblings were craving sushi. 2 hours later & 7 delivery drivers later that canceled upon arriving to the restaurant even though they marked the order as ready, they ended up canceling. What a waste of time, now I have to order from somewhere else and wait again. Very disappointing. Was trying to support as a new customer and was good money being spent for a Sunday but guess the business doesn’t care about that. Very unprofessional.

I was soooo confused coming here. “Sushi to box” okay Asian food. Walked it I thought I went to the wrong place because Spanish music and signs threw me off. Food was okay I guess. Long wait time. Not sure why and it’s not busy

Their service is really terrible to me I don’t know if it because I’m a black man because they clearly sure they have priority to other kind. I would’ve understand if I didn’t order first and I will have to wait but I ordered and had me wait for hour and 30minute and just to say they don’t have something and I also seen someone that just came order the exactly same thing I ordered so it make so sense them to tell me they don’t have anything to make my order this place lack poor customer service and need to fix their time management 💔M
