I am a Taco Bell lover but 52 Jones St in Newark, NJ is not worth going to. I waited 31 minutes in the drive-thru to get (1) chicken quesadilla, even though there were only (2) vehicles before me!

I asked for the meal, but instead was given a quesadilla, sour cream, guacamole and (12) packets of unsolicited hot sauce.

When I drove to the window, I noticed there were (04) employees: 2 in the cooking area + 1 cashier making jokes and 1 housekeeper who was actually working.

It’s worth mentioning the cashier will not take any new orders until she is done giving the food - there were three vehicles behind my car already honking…will not comeback to this location.

My favorite taco bell! i misspoke i wanted one pack of cinnabons delights they understood two i told her i only asked for a two pack and she took off the additional charge and left the two pack. Service is a 10

This is the second time i ordered the crunch wrap supreme and got no meat on it. I bit into it and tasted cheese tomato lettuce and no meat . I ordered this a third time thinking maybe the second time I got no meat because I ordered it in the Taco Bell box . So I ordered again thinking get the combo like I did the first time . And I still got a wish meat crunch wrap supreme.

They take for ever & on top of that they make you back up on the drive thru 😒🙄
So what's the purpose for a drive thru + I ordered on the app & put in my order 15 mis before & still go through the B.S.
THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY NOR ATTENDING NO ONE INSIDE!!

If I pay for extra on my crunchwrap please give it to me or learn how to read. I shouldn't have to check my food to see if that's what I paid for other taco bell give me what I paid for. Don't have an option where people can pay to put extra ground beef on the crunchwrap and it doesn't happen.

Every time I go here they ask customers to pull over or back up in drive thru to beat the time, They are terrible, I always get the steak bowl, However, it has never had these ingredients & then I also had ranch dressing on it, threw it in the garbage, called Corporate office & I was offered $5, no thank you, I paid more, just don’t spend your money because it will be a waste & you’ll still be hungry ???

Very disappointed. We waited over 15 minutes for food to dine in. Order was completely incorrect. I requested no sour cream and still was given sour cream in my burrito and the rice was undercooked. I ended up throwing it away.
