This Taco Bell is sooooo trashy NEVER AGAIN.. so the girl with the gap on the teeth who works in the drive thru is absolutely horrendous!!! Customer Service isn't her strong suit!! her hair was in a round bun and she med/dark skinned and literally laugh in people faces like bish what oh hell no!!! she needa to learn how to talk to people!! Very Rude!! Manager needs to teach this girl a lesson for sure!!

Let's just get this out of the way: yes, I ate at Taco Bell twice in one week. On Sunday I got food from a location on East Ohio Street in Chicago; it was terrible. I cursed myself for having the audacity to dine there. "Stupid!" I shouted into the mirror. Today on my lunch break I weighed my options and decided to roll the dice. I walked up Broad Street to this location, ordered a few things from the value menu and one Doritos Locos Taco Supreme, then waited patiently for my order. It only took a few minutes, then I was out on the street tearing into my order. I was relieved to discover that everything was hot and fresh. I devoured the Beef Burrito, reveling in the hot nacho cheese, with plenty of ground beef and well-textured rice. Next, a chicken chipotle melt. This tiny wrap is so small. I've seen thicker pencils than this lil guy. Taste was okay, nothing to write home about. And then my Doritos Locos Taco Supreme. The shell had broken and it was a trial to eat this without getting sour cream all over the place. The flavor was perfect though. So so good. I can't even remember what life was like before these bad boys hit the menu. Overall, a satisfying and affordable lunch. Yes, it's fast food, and maybe I got lucky today. No idea how consistent this place is but I had a great experience. Shout out to the team who made it happen.

This place is supposed to be open until 11pm but they turn away customers well before that. Very frustrating when you show up before they’re supposed to be closed and they won’t serve you. There’s no excuse for this, just lazy staff.
