I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. The person who took my order was very rude—when I asked for crema, she insisted that sour cream and crema are the same, which was already frustrating.
I ordered al pastor and chicken tacos, and unfortunately, they were bland, lacking in quality , lacking in flavor, and very poorly assembled. The quality did not reflect the price I paid.
To make matters worse, when I called to address the issue, the woman on the phone simply said, “No sé qué decirte, amor,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
I spent over $100 on this order, and the poor customer service and food quality were completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

We order delivery from here a lot. You definitely get your moneys worth. Tacos are fresh and well seasoned, the guacamole is delicious too. Not the best Mexican place I’ve had in the area but pretty good!

If I could be no star I most definitely would! Chicken is dry and blend and the tortilla was cold and uncooked. 1 tiny sauce for 4 tacos. This place is ridiculous!! Never again! Waste of my money!

2 entree but only 1 green and 1 red sauce. Too few sauces and honestly the tacos could use the sauce to spice things up. Mediocre at best. The al pastor tacos did not have any pineapples and are dry as heck. Borderline disappointing.

I placed my order and put on the receipt that it was without onions and peppers, but the burrito came full of onions. I had to throw it in the trash and I was left hungry.

If I could give no stars, I would. THEY HAVE ROACHES. Food came with 2 roaches inside and the food looked like it was prepared the day before. Called to let them know and they weren't even surprised so I'm pretty sure they know they have an infestation. They didn't even seem to be sorry. Horrible experience.
A horrible experience, I placed an order with them at Doordash and asked for guacamole and bacon and they charged me for it but they didn't send it when I called to complain they told me they couldn't give a refund or anything else, I mean that's stealing money, because they put it in the invoice but they did not send it and they are not responsible either, you know, be careful with this place, they are thieves

They send rotten lemons all the time, you can't just eat a taco. Terrible service. It's not the first time they've done it and this is in all the branches. I think that the managers of each restaurant should make sure they have the food in optimal conditions.
