My husband has been ordering from Teriyaki Madness for months. Maybe 2 times a week sometimes. Food was great until about 2 weeks ago. He's ordered 3 times and the rice was extremely overcooked to the point it was wet and they still sent it to our house. The first instance we overlooked it, 2nd time I told him to make a complain which he forgot to do and now I'm at my breaking point. Customers paying for a service shouldn't receive that type of rice 3 times in a row. Please STOP sending your online customers that food. I told him not to order from here anymore because 1 time is an error but 2 other times it's habitual.

First time trying this place. I ordered the spicy tofu bowl with noodles, yaki style. I love spicy food so much, but this bowl had me breathing fire. I had to drink so much water because the spice level was unreal. I started getting dizzy from it that I just didn't finish my food even though I was still hungry. The food was good but I couldn't be sure because of how spicy it was. Next time I will have to ask for light spice.

The food was pretty good, but the portion was incredibly small. I paid almost $15 for the small size after taxes. I ordered ahead and was able to take my food right away. I ordered during the week on my lunch break. There was a line of people who were waiting and a large group who also looked like they were on their lunch breaks sitting inside at the tables & chairs. The staff was friendly and spoke loud enough for me to hear them.They have a single step to get inside of the restaurant, otherwise the inside is 100% wheelchair accessible Overall this isn't a bad place to do lunch, just be prepared to spend your money.

Have you been to the new Teriyaki madness at Elizabeth, New Jersey? The food was really delicious and my kids loved it and if you are concerned about parking, there's a lot of parking space. Looking forward to the next visit.

The store is always clean and has the best music playing in the backgroundHowever, the guy on the register is bad for business. I asked him what was the ingredients in the chicken roll and his reply was "chicken" as if that's not obvious. Then after I got my cc back to put in my wallet he literally stood right there and burped loud in my face. Very ghetto and unprofessional behavior.
