I received a panini with uncooked bacon and cold cheese. It was literally $28 and the staff was rude as could be. I expect a refund for the health issue this could have caused.

Only a truly evil soul would charge $12 for 12 individual tablets of Tums. And then the audacity to suggest I tip 20% for them

I see the negative reviews and had to add a comment because my Hummus Deli sandwich was absolutely delicious. As a matter of fact, the only reason I looked up the website was because I wanted to see again what was on the sandwich. I totally recommend it!

The steak sandwich is ok not great, I paid for loaded fries and a young guy said no loaded fries just double cheese or regular cheese I use to work in restaurant and that's not the way to talk to a paying costume specially who comes from far away tired and wants to eat good food not poor tasting. And the cheese on the fries is fake like cardboard taste
Do better next time making the food and practice at the Sametime good costumer relations then will this place thrive in the mean time you're failing.

Theft. We ordered food, paid about $60 and no one came out of the kitchen for 45 minutes until our boarding was done and started to yelling at them. Then they came out and promised to return our money, which they never returned. Give us our money back!!!
