The customer service was terrible. Big man with the glasses was extremely rude and short. Talking to us like was were bothering him. Ordered the golden bbq wings, mac & cheese and corn on the cob. Wings were good.. the golden bbq sauce was delicious. The mac & cheese was entirely way too salty to eat. I took one bite and threw the rest out, literally high blood pressure in a container. Didn’t taste any mac or cheese, just salt. The corn on the cob was ok.. they put old bay seasoning on it, don’t know how to feel about that. The flavors didn’t mesh well for me, so I threw that out too. Overall bad experience. For this place to be so hype online I expected way more. Never going there again.

Asked for sauce on the side and it was DRENCHED in sauce. Sauce was eh didn’t give garlic butter or Alfredo. My salmon was very soggy because of all the sauce and grease. Best thing on the plate was literally the corn. I expected more especially being someone who has followed the instagram page for so long. Food was made fast but it was not worth it at all.

Once we got our food the food order was incorrect and had to wait another hour for the correct food and the food was still incorrect but we settled. We asked to be accommodated for the wait and a the incorrect order with a free water and was told no.

First.. staff is rude for no reason and literally answered everyone with an attitude the entire time I was there. I’m not from Newark but I stopped to grab something to eat before my long train ride and he was no help even when I asked just asked aggressive and kept walking off. No one else was really helpful that was in the back. Everyone just looked at me and the one person said “he’ll be right back” referring to the man that was already rude and unhelpful. I didn’t know what to get that was quick in order to make it to my train in time. Waiting, sprinted to the train just to sit down, eat something that I thought would be with the 25 dollars charged for some wings an huge serving of Mac n cheese and the tiniest bit of yams. What was the point. I was better off getting shitty pizza that was closer cuz the Mac n cheese taste burnt and over peppered.. and the wings lord… just better off waiting or something. Or ordering a head to not deal with the workers.

Customer service is lacking especially communication and professionalism. Long wait times with no communication upfront regarding the reason for the wait. I ordered to go ahead of time and was still asked to wait an additional 40 minutes.
Cleaning then handling my food in one hand while picking up cleaning supplies with the other hand - extremely unsanitary.
Crab legs were cold because it was sitting waiting for the rest of my food that wasn’t clearly communicated would be more delayed upon arrival or my preordered to go order.
Crab legs so fishy and hard to crack that I couldn’t finish them and had to toss most in the trash.
