The honey garlic wings are so good I've been back 4 times. The yams are also really good. The mac & cheese, sexy wings, meatballs and fried corn are just alright in my opinion. Waffles were my least favorite.

I've found ways to work around the slow service by ordering online. A few times my order has been ready earlier than the estimated time. I recommend calling to make sure they're open before going to the restaurant.

Like most soul food restaurants, they close after a year because they do not properly prepare. It would be nice to come to Good EATS and you can order anything on the menu without hearing, we are all out!. We waited an hour, and within the hour, we learned that they were out of the chicken tenders, then a 30 min wait for Mac and cheese after all ready waiting for 40 minutes.

I order the good eats experience from Uber eats, I ordered the sweet chili wings with Mac & cheese, yams, yellow rice and buttered corn. They forgot my yellow rice and corn so I ordered it again and they gave me Mac and cheese and the corn, I’m guessing they had no yellow rice idk but let’s get into the food… The wings were really good and the wings was coated well with the sauce.
