Was just getting a beer. The waitress was very happy and smiling, the service was very good, I was asked few times if I would like anything else or more beer not in a nagging way. I will for sure stop here again on my way through. The atmosphere is very nice. Worth siting around and having a beer.

Happy "Scam"! They ask 15 or 22 dollar for a wine. They are happy to use their iPad to order the drinks. And then they add a 20% tip without telling you! Just to serve the drinks at the bar...

I placed my order in their monitor and after half an hour I asked for the status (which was difficult because because there was no one there except the workers in the kitchen), they claimed they never received it. I asked then, for a refund and no one knew how to do it. The gentleman that told me that the order did went through said to ask the guy in the floor for the refund. The guy barely spoke english and did not know how to do it. The gentleman cleaning the dishes had to get out and assist me. Very sad and terrible experience with very poor customer service.

The bartender / Server Flora was either just having a bad day or doesn’t fit well in the hospitality industry. I was absolutely floored by her behavior as its employees like this that will put us all out of business. I did request the manager speak with her which he did. His name was Richard and he was swift and very understanding. While I appreciated it, admittedly I’m still hot over her behavior representing someone else’s brand.

I stopped by to grab some breakfast while waiting for a flight and I'm glad I did. The service was quick, the staff are polite, the seats and counter are clean, and most of all the food taste great. They had the goat cheese I love! I'll definitely come back when I'm back when I'm here.

The worst. QR code ordering takes forever to get the simplest things and the staff wouldn’t wizz on you if you were on fire. $22 for a drink and you’ll stillhave to beg for it.

Ordered from this restaurant May 22, 2024 around 9a. The staff were very polite and my food was great. Nice, fresh and well made. My complaint is about the manager. He paraded around talking to the staff as if they were children. Correcting their job performance and appearance in front of me and other guest very loudly in the open. Not behind the restaurant but leaning over the glass from the outside. Then he pulled one of the ladies from the back into the hall talking to her as if she was a child explaining how to use a cart loudly. The workers have a ton of patients, professionalism and restraint. I would have been fired.

Was at the airport terminal. Had the eggplant parmesan and I can say the best ever I had ever had anywhere. I recommend it to everyone. It's a cute place with delicious food.

I was going to give this lady a much larger tip than what she stole from me. Wouldn't let me pay with my phone, she wanted a card and didn't let me select the tip. I had to ask to see the total. I told her I wanted to select the tip and she just said sorry. Watch yourselves.
