So I’m so disappointed in this business. I was told they have good soup which I believe is true but why aren’t they ever open. I wasted my time and gas 3x and the business was closed. The first time I went there was only watermelon being sold which I did purchase and then was told they would have soup the next day which was absolutely false. Tried calling the number on the store sign and it’s not a working number. They gotta do better. Email on sign don’t work either. Please let me know when y’all do open

Talk about some amazing soup! The other day I ordered, The Soup Factory, for lunch. I ordered their Navy Bean Soup w/ Smoked Turkey. From the first bite to the last, everything was phenomenal. It’s made with real love and care. You can taste the quality! The man who works at the counter is extremely nice as well. Excellent at customer service, and very attentive. I can not wait to try this place again, especially with winter very quickly approaching. All in all, from the experience, to the quality of the food. Everything was very exceptional!! And for $5 is a darn steal! I would highly recommend, The Soup Factory, to anyone in the Newark area looking for some home-y soup!!!!
