Things went smoothly. Truly a great experience!

A waste of money and time the food was so salty it was not consumable, and the place was totally empty. However, the drinks was good.

Horrible customer service only two bartenders and they only cater to the ppl at the back of the bar. Sat in there for over 45 minutes and didn’t get serviced called the woman over several times to be ignored. Seems as if they were only serving the men. Weird energy! Pls get new bartenders the place wasn’t even packed.

I went to three levels after seeing a happy hour advertising on their IG page, which apparently was false advertising. When we got there we were told the margaritas that were advertised as $3 were not, and were $6. Even after showing the bartender the advertising which was posted, it still wasn't honored. She stated the owner was aware. They were advertising $2 crabs, and ran out after like 7 customers. These establishments need to do better.

Absolutely loved the place. I went there in a Thursday night and there was live music. Everyone was friendly and cool. We’ll definitely come again!!! ❤️

From walking in the music was good but the bartenders attitude was very stand off ish and she was not very pleasant AT ALL. This is not my first time here where her attitude has been displayed this way. The first time I brushed it off because I figured she may not be having a good day. As we are all entitled to. However , today her attitude was not pleasant. On the walk in I asked about hookah and she said yes we have hookah I asked if we could get one she said the girl wasn’t there and would come in a second. Meanwhile I ordered a corona and wings. I’ll never go back.They wings were disgusting and over cooked. Barely any flavor. After she gave me my food she sat at the bar and started eating herself. She didn’t once ask if I needed anything else or if I wanted another drink. We had to call her to come to us to order further. Horrible experience honestly when we ask after eating where was the hookah she shrugs her shoulders and said she doesn’t know. The girl isn’t answering in a very non chalant way as if she didn’t care that’s what we were there for. There were webs hanging from the ceiling over my drink and holes in the walls. The kitchen looks filthy and matches the attitudes of the staff at the bar. She is thin tall and normally wears box braids. Please do not waste your time. Also we went at 4 and only stayed for less than 30 minutes. She added gratuity after giving the worse service. She does not ever deserve a tip with the attitude she gives her customers. They need a whole new staff . I WILL NOT BE BACK

I walked in and had to walk back out……attitude was horrible from the bartender ……and from the previous reviews I see a lot of other people had to fully experience the horrible service …..for the owner you need to hire more up beat , happy , positive people to be a. Bartender ….

Dope vibes in a safe and trustworthy environment

I really used to love this place. The food and drinks are great. However, the service has become so trash. They’re only putting one bartender on and expecting her to be able to serve the bar and tables.. we waited 35+ mins for a drink to the point where we just got up and left. They’re putting 18% gratuity on all checks AND a surcharge for using a card (as if people carry cash) …. All while not even getting a drink for 40 mins after sitting down?!!! I think NOT lol

The food was great. However they charge $4.95 for creditcard fee eventhough I used cash and 18% gratuity included in the bill. Even if you sit at the bar. And the bar tender did not ask me if I wanted changed, she just kept it.

Maddy made the experience special. Shoutout her to her and the good drinks. Also the oxtail Rasta pasta was really good!!

People are nice service is a little lackluster they get overwhelmed easy if it gets busy. Otherwise nice place
