I ordered some valentines day treats for my office from Tonnie's and was blows away. The chocolate covered strawberries were so fresh and delicious and the cupcakes were truly the best I've ever had! So happy to have found this local gem. Definitely worth a try!!

Super delicious cake, I had a large slice of the golden vanilla chocolate cake and my husband had the red velvet cake in a cup. Mine was super smooth and moist and the red velvet was delightful as well. The service was friendly and offered some suggestions as it was our first time.

We purchased the Coconut Pineapple cake for Thanksgiving. Needless to say I will never attempt to make another coconut pineapple cake a day in my life because no one does it better than Tonnie’s Minis. We purchased the 14 inch which was huge. Our family raved about that cake. It was so good that we had to hide some cake so that we could enjoy some after hosting 35+ people. Job well done. I am putting in my order for Christmas!!

I've been a fan from Harlem to Dyckman. My wedding cake in 2016 was made by Tonni's Mini and our 100+ guests raved about the cake. Since moving from NYC to Newark, we've been deprived of enjoying homemade delicious cake. BUT today, my Husband had to travel to Newark Liberty International for a Global Entry interview, after which we visited Tonni's on Halsey Street...and we were NOT disappointed! PLEASE, PLEASE come to New Windsor, NY! There are NO bakeries that can exceed the quality and deliciousness of your products. I'm retired, but willingly volunteer to post and/or stand roadside to advertise your goods for treats in exchange....NEW WINDSOR & Orange County needs a Tonni's Mini!?

As a long time customer of this Bakery I have followed them from ever single location that they have open and closed. Starting from Harlem, Dyckman, Newark, Edgewater NJ (which is now closed) their Kios in Garden State Plaza Mall (which is now closed). I have order numerous times throughout the years from Custom cakes, regular cakes and cupcakes. Never have I experienced such poor customer service and work for them until this past weekend. I placed an order from them for my cousin's 50th bday party. I received a call from the chief two days prior regarding pick up. The chief indicated the cake needs to be picked up the day of the event b/c the image is an editable image and it wouldn't last pass the day of. I rearranged pick up time on end. This is the end result of the cake. The editable image wasn't applied correctly nor smoothed out around the cake. There is a random strip down the middle of the cake. The design should have been one smooth solid image all the way around the cake. It looks like they didn't measure the image properly so they had to cut another strip to cover the cake. The cake wasn't properly constructed as it started leaning to the side. Once we cut the cake it completely fell apart. Paying $200 plus for a cake that was completely inedible is ridiculous. I reached out to Tonnies yesterday by phone and email. I received your standard I'm sorry that happened to you apology and later a follow up email stated they can't predict how a cake is going to hold up in the summer months and a $100 in store credit. Absolutely unacceptable. I have brought cakes from them in a heat wave every summer and never experienced this poor quality of a cake. I have yet to receive a reply to my last email nor the phone call I requested from they to futher discuss this. They have lost a long time customer who will also spread the word to all of the customers I sent them to no longer patronize this Bakery going forward.
I have been a customer for many years and the cake we received was simply the worst. Not only did it fall down it fell apart we were unable to eat it. CUSTOMER services very unprofessional and poor. They made our 50th birthday cake the worst experience ever.

From that moment on, tried to get a refund and as of 20th June, still waiting. Must’ve sent 10 or more emails, only to be answered twice. Dreadful company to deal with. Return my money

I ordered this cake June 2nd picked it up June 4th I ask for the inside of the cake to be all strawberry with buttercream filling. They made me a plain cake with specs of strawberry that don’t ever taste strawberry and had the nerve to charge $108 not to mention the cake was super super super sweet. I can’t even enjoy my birthday cake I’m pissed and will be calling tomorrow to get a refund.
