The food was very good. At the time I went there weren't many people but they had two people selling. The hot dogs were very favorable. I ordered one with onions and mustard and a Super Dog. Just delicious.

It's a hot dogs truck rated highly in the state where I live just outside a major park in Newark NJ Very enjoyable especially in the spring and summer months with all the activities of the park A romantic date if you're into enjoying the outdoors the activities and still the quaintness of enjoying each other's company ?

I love Tony's Hot Dogs!!! The hot dogs are Chef's kisses. Delicious ?!! The people who are serving are super nice and easy to talk to. I totally recommend you go and give them a try. I've only had the chili dogs but my family have had the Hot dog with potatoe sticks and the double dog and they freakin love them!!!

I finally had a Tony's Hot Dog! And...I loved it! We went at about noon on a Wednesday afternoon and we got lucky. The line wasn't long. I got two dogs -- they were delicious. Not too salty! Perfectly crisp. I don't know how to describe it but you want you dog to pop when you first bite it. The bread was soft but not soggy. The last dog I had in NY was in old dry bread. This was a great experience and I'll be back again. I want to try the sausage (hot). The service was charming. I met the founding father's son. The service was quick and cordial. The truck was clean and the prices are unbelievable. Four dogs and drinks $15. Where do they do that at? This is why they've been in business since 1968! The son was born in 1972. A piece of history.

I have been coming to Tony's before my teens I think I was 11 years old when I first stubble upon the truck. In my many years I have seen East Orange and Bloomfield FD PD here getting hotdogs. I am a simple guy I'm not here for the chili, the cheese or any of the other toppings. I am here for mustard and hot onions the best in the surrounding areas.Now Branch Brook Park has 4 Hotdog trucks flanking her. They all are on major roads that cut through the park. Tony's happen to be my go to spot when I want hot onions for sure. Many of times in my younger day I would get my grub and drink head into the park cast a line in the water and have a great time.Now when I stop by my wife does all the chili cheese toppings she loves coming here. Now if I am not feeling my normal self I could do mustard and kraut you can't go wrong with that combo. I have even seen JJ's original owner here getting grub. Park Ave/Lake St is your spot for you the kids hey why not your pup too.Am I a fan AMN right I am
