Honestly, they had only 2 tables and they still managed to take 20 minutes to give me my açaí, charged me 20 bucks and the size of it was laughable.
I also ate a burger here before, and it was really good, but again, it took them around 35 minutes for me to get my order. You as a customer would be WAY BETTER OFF if you just go to Hamburgão

I think I should have an attendant in the morning, but the nice girl, who is rude to all the customers, went shopping today and she simply dropped my pastry and coxinha, the bag tore and she gave me everything crumpled up and out of her face. morning

where do I even start, they gave us the wrong order, I ordered the X-egg, tell me why I got the X-egg bacon, like thanks ig.. but girl i didnt order this, (I found out after checking the bill), I got the combo (X-egg, fries+soda), so my total should be 14$ + tax (I did the math) so i went to pay and the bill came out to 19$!! Be AWARE they add an gradituity fee, they dont even disclose it, which is crazy. The lady treated me like I was an idiot, and laughed at my face. Im young but I can stand my ground, and i explained to her that it was crazy to up charge and not even disclose it.Overall, Rude, upcharge, and the food is MEDIOCRE. kinda like Mcdonalds

Dia 03/16/2024 acompanhei minha amiga nesta lanchonete, foi feito um pedido de um X -picanha e simplesmente se passou 30 minutos fomos pergunta se iria demora muito pois ele não avisa se está busy ou se iremos ter que espera e nos disseram que havia somente 2 na frente passou mais 15 min falaram oque havia 3 e fomos sair quase fechando a lanchonete sem ter comido o hambúrguer.. uma vergonha , uma falta de respeito tremenda .

4 stars, everything was good and when I was in home I looked my bill and such a surprise, they charged me the tip, but I didn't know and I gave more. I never saw this before. So disappointed. The end my tip total was 38 percent.

Awful especially if you don't speak Spanish. Sandwiches are overpriced for the quality and what you get. These are not burgers. It's more bun and barely any meat. Service is super slow. Lunch took over 1.5 hrs and the place was not full at all. Had to rush back to work as soon as the food arrived.
