Absolutely disgusting insane they let them sell this trash! Taste like nothing, the rice should be illegal and service is so bad.

Surprised to see the reviews. Taking emotions out I ordered Sashimi fresh (not pre packaged) and it was amazing. I have traveled to Japan many times and the quality is top notch.

I loved the sushi! It’s flown in from a fish market from Japan and tastes very fresh. Also if you go to the Kaedama place that’s the food from here but in a sit down style.

Just.. no.
Hard rice. Fish doesn’t look or taste fresh. And they don’t have ginger.

If walmart had sushi, it would be better than this.

If you order sushi rolls to go at the ramen restaurant in the middle of the whole global market area, they make the rolls at this place.
Met Raj, one of the chefs, who helped me get my order quickly and speaks 7 languages! The bad reviewed scared me from getting food as first but everything we had was good and fast service (on thanksgiving weekend). I got the lobster dynamite roll and my husband got the impossible burger. Def get some food here.

Better than some reviews said it was. I definitely preferred the salmon and tuna nigiri and the salmon bowl over the tuna roll mainly because it tasted fresher. The one thing about the nigiri I found annoying was that each piece was individually wrapped in plastic. Also, the avocado on the tuna roll was a bit brown. Keep in mind these are not made to order, you pick from the prepackaged items so you are limited to the selection without being able to make any modifications. It’s a bit expensive but it’s sushi at an airport so it’s to be expected. The tuna roll and nigiri plate was $24.99 and the salmon bowl I believe was $18 (the bowl came with pieces of salmon, seaweed salad, edamame, white rice and tobiko.) I personally don’t like tobiko and luckily I was able to find one that didn’t have any but I wouldn’t count on it if I returned. This is definitely a grab and go station and you pay at the self check out so if you’re in a hurry it’s still a god choice. I do hope that in the future they allow customers to order what they want vs having to choose from the items they have in the display.
I got a tuna bowl and wow it was so good. I can say it's one of the best tuna I've ever had. I was mindful about the bad reviews. I guess it had quality consistency issues. I looked into the items very carefully to make sure the rice is still fresh and etc before I buy. But honestly all of them looked good. It's also slightly more expensive because it's located at the airport, but well worth it IMO.

Absolutely terrible food. They market it as freshly prepared daily but the rice is stale and the sushi itself is mushy and tasteless. If I could rate it negative stars I would.

Is it sane to sell this for money? It's an insult to Japan and Asia.

Tsukiji fish room! 【eh! ] I thought to myself and ended up stopping by. I ate salmon sushi rolls? The salmon inside was fatty and delicious, but the sushi rice was hard and too much.

Yes, gentleman who helped was rude and rushing us at checkout. I should’ve cancelled at that point. The rice was hard, no flavor and the shrimp in the California roll smelled bad. Gross! Waste of money. Never again!!!

Rice is pretty bad. The box leaks soy sauce. The fish is somewhat fresh, but with the frozen taste. At $16 for 4 pieces it should be better.

They have a chef making rolls, so you would assume it would be fresh. Nope. The sushi rice has been in that fridge for days. Worst sushi and the price is not worth it. And packing the sushi rolls into the little box is odd.
