really grim place

It's frustrating that the bartender put the wrong drink in. it was a good drink, but $23? I tried to show him but he didn't seem to get it.

Terrible Service

I’ve been coming to this establishment for pre-flight drinks for nearly a decade, but after my most recent experience, I won’t be back. The service was shockingly bad, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the needs of their customers.

While the drink selection is limited and overpriced, I’ve always been able to count on them serving one drink I enjoy. However, this time, even that was a struggle.

On the first round, I ordered two drinks—one for myself and one for a colleague—but only one arrived. After waiting and eventually asking about the second drink, I was told they were waiting on a glass. The bar was quiet, with plenty of glasses visible, so this explanation made no sense. It ended up taking nearly 35 minutes for both drinks to arrive.

Foolishly, I decided to order a second round. Again, the wait was interminable, and this time my flight was boarding. When I politely followed up, a staff member snapped at me, saying, “Your server will come to you when they are ready.” This attitude was unacceptable.

Adding to the poor experience, one member of my party had to sit at a separate table due to the limited seating. Despite intending to order a drink, they were rudely asked to leave.

When it came time to pay, I left a $0 tip. The staff responded with loud, passive-aggressive complaints directed at me and my group. A tip is earned through good service, not handed out after such a poor experience.

Newark Liberty Airport, it’s time to replace this place with an establishment that values its customers.

Rarely seen such a cuckolded waiter... Frankly unpleasant, impossible to consume drinks purchased at the bar on the spot under the pretext that you didn't have alcohol. To flee.

The overall rating is very appropriate- should have seen before going here but clearly they have a monopoly. True to their name it is UNUSUALLY BAD!! Drinks are poorly made. Service is poor. Asked for chips and rudely told we don’t serve them separately! Just go hungry or thirsty or if you are in mood to splurge just buy bottled drinks

This is without a shadow of a doubt the worst restaurant in the tri-state area. I wish was exaggerating. I laugh every time I walk through this terminal as I’m genuinely impressed they haven’t shut down for a myriad of reasons.

As one of the previous reviewers pointed out, one does not go to an airport restaurant expecting a high quality food, but this place will disappoint you regardless of how low your bar is.
A $22 burger that is listed with an option of fries or salad on the menu does not actually have that choice and only comes with chips.
The burger itself contains a slim strip of pork not even covering the whole bun. The meat is also cold. Avoid the place and bring your own stuff or get snacks from the kiosks. At least you’ll know what to expect.

Very very rude service. The guy working there in the mornings is super rude. Don’t go here. I just sat down not knowing that I have to buy something. There was literally nobody there. No signs. And he could have been polite. But he was so rude. Don’t come here

Chaos, tragedy, lazy busboys walking around dirty tables and doing nothing. A overwhelmed bartender and the app to order food is broken. Terminal B is a nightmare

Yes the food was not great considering the prices and the waiting time.
But I'm in an airport, I know very well that it's going to be like that, and I have 3 hours to kill, so the wait isn't too much of a problem.
