My family stopped here waiting for our flight to London. The establishment really lived up to its name “unusual times” the food was highly unusual indeed! A journey to hell for the tastebuds . The only unusual times was the waiting times and my food looked like it had been alive not 5 mins before it was served to me .the workers seem depressed to be there every day, times like these call for Google to add a 0 star option

After passing security checks, you have two options to eat unfortunately for me & my family we picked unusual times restaurant. The burgers & chips / fries we had was the worst thing I’ve ever had!! the smell of the grease you had wash you hands 3or 4 times to get it off , fries was cold & tasteless. I do not recommend eating here you will be 🤮 like I was. Get a sandwich or wait for the plane food .

Just a really poor offering. No physical menus, have to order on phone. No coffee unless you are ordering food. You have to get coffee round the side and then you cant go back into the main cafe seating with it. Years behind what you get in Europe.

The food truly lived up to the name—unusual, and not in a good way. Unfortunately, with no other food options past security, you’re stuck here. I ordered the BBQ wings, which were the worst I’ve ever had—served with sauce on the side and absolutely pathetic in taste. Also tried the Belgian waffle, which looked sad and deflated, like it had given up. The only reason for 1 star is simply for trying. I have to agree with the other negative reviews here.

Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Wish I could give a zero. The only food option in the B51-57 area is overpriced and terrible. If only we had eaten at Smashburger before going through security.

It was truly the worst service I have had anywhere. The food was terrible. They refunded our drinks because they didn’t have them in stock and I ordered a Bud Light!!! Rude, with no customer service experience in mind. They should be ashamed of themselves. More importantly someone should shut them down.

it was slow, they were rude and made us late for our flight. horrible staff. The guy’s name was John I think, horrible guy, spoke rudely about us to his colleagues in front of us. horrible man, ruined our holiday.
