Ordered on the app, Got the brisket burger which advertises it comes with fries or a side salad but then gives no option to pick so we added a note asking for fries, turns out it comes with neither, u get pretty bad potato chips/crisps, the burger itself was actually quite nice 4 or 5 slices of brisket, had to go get the drinks as they were forgotten by the server
Yes the food was not great considering the prices and the waiting time.
But I'm in an airport, I know very well that it's going to be like that, and I have 3 hours to kill, so the wait isn't too much of a problem.

For airport food at Newark it’s probably 4 star because the more isn’t any other warm food options.Food: Roast beef dip was really hot which I really liked! It came with chips and wasn’t crazy salty.Server: kind and pretty prompt. Didn’t catch his name but he was great!Atmosphere: Well I suspect this is why Newark has low costs but feels like an unused air terminal in the Midwest.
