Completely fine. Not ridiculously overpriced, pizza was good, 10 minutes wait. Most of the reviews are about communication - our experience was fine and so was the pizza.

Pizza was not amazing but fine! Did the job for an airport meal and was made and served within about 10 minutes. A bit too cheesy for me but might be to others taste. Think it was meant to have basil on it but this was missing.

Ordered two pizzas, one sausage one margarita. They made one margarita with sausage and fought me even after I showed my receipt. So slow also.

Jan 18 @ approx. 5pm (Baggage area at terminal c Newark airport)..Came here for a personal Margherita pizza with some trimmings. Pizza almost cost $40 to say the least. When the pizza was handed to us , we came to find out that there were missing toppings. We told the server that there were missing toppings. His response was to just add the toppings without remaking the pizza. We told him that that was not correct and he needed to remake the pizza. He gave us attitude for our request.
I would give zero stars if I could. The lady at the counter was not nice at all and skipped our order and had the courage to lie about it. We waited for over thirty minutes and then another customer came in ordered and she made his pizza right away.

Unsure what drove the large amount of 1 star reviews. Staff was a single employee but they efficiently managed orders. Got my Pizza in about 10 minutes. It was decent and for about $20 what I would expect value wise in an airport. Nothing else significant to report.

Order took thirty minutes and they forgot to add two different toppings. The cheese on the pizza isn’t even melted.

They burnt my pizza and had all the sausages mainly on one side. It was so hard to eat. It cost $18 for a small pizza too. Please go somewhere else to eat.

Mediocre at best. No flavor at all. Priced decent for the airport. Just not that good. Looks a lot better than it tastes.

Absolutely atrocious service and food quality. Burned pizza that took 20 minutes and wasn't even cut through.

Ran out of ingredients and it took forever. The people up front were rude and some of the most inefficient workers I've ever seen. Don't waste your money or time.

Horrible. Avoid unless willing to wait 40+ minutes for your order. One worker preparing all orders with no sense of urgency, giving customers dirty looks. She went in the back and started talking with coworkers, then came back out and burned the pizza and had to re-make it. It took 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready. Manager came at one point and told me that airlines recommend passengers come at least 3 hours before their flight. Disappointing because this could be a good pizza place in the airport, but inept management, staff, and processes hold them back.
