Whoever was working 3/6/24 from 6-7 pm were the rudest staff members I've ever encountered. One was on her phone the whole time doing the job with one hand and the other was barely checking the pizzas and burned two of them to throw out. This is ridiculous. If you want food before your flight DO NOT go here.

Arrived from PR 4 am. Went to get a hot meal was told they don't open until 5 am. Waited at gate went back little after 5 am. Was about to order through Kiosk when an employee carrying a tray of Stromboli out to counter yelling I ain't ready, then repeated again several times very loudly. Disrespectful as ever, some people should reevaluate their career path. Instead of saying "please come back in x amount of minutes" we would have left and returned, but with her actions and attitude we will not return.

The worst service ever. Upset with myself for tipping. Rude. I asked a question, the woman pointed to the machine. I hoped I did it right. When I was texted to say pizza ready, I went up and said “I have a text saying the pizza is ready. She looked at me and said NO, shook her head, opened and slammed the oven. 5 minutes later I got it. No salt or pepper. So rude. WILL NEVER return and will share this experience.

Stopped by for a quick bite at the UPTOP pizza while transiting through EWR. If you like hot and fresh pizzas, you won’t be disappointed.The pizza was prepared in front of you and took about 5 mins after ordering.The only issue was the online or kiosk ordering which I was not expecting. We used the phone order by scanning the QR code.

Ate here and incredibly bad pizza. I am surprised at an airport they make it so complicated to order esp. for those who may not be as technically savy on their phones or not connected to a network as they are transiting through the airport. The pizza itself was bad, and requesting a tip for YOURSELF to pick up from the kitchen is not appropriate. I tipped 0% as a result.

don't waste your time here. It's totally a mess. After 20mins waiting they told me they made a wrong pizza and haven't started to prepare mine. And the refund process is a mess as well.

Horrible place. Pizza took forever and they forgot to put the parchment paper in the bottom of the pizza box, which caused all of the cheese stick to the bottom of the box. Don’t eat here. Not worth the wait or $$.

DO NOT get any food here. I got a breakfast stromboli and halfway through eating it, realized that it was not properly baked and was filled with RAW DOUGH. I really hope I do not get sick from food poisoning. All the kiosks here in this food court are terrible. Avoid!!!!

I would give zero stars if I could, horrible service and horrible pizza (worst pizza i ever had). Waited 45 minutes for a pie even though there weren't many people in front of me. Witnessed a situation where they messed up someone's pizza taking it out of the oven, and instead of making another one for them they gave them 2 choices: take it or get back in line again and wait another hour, so so ridiculous. Saw your response, it's the same response you give for every bad review , you need to change and treat people as people not as money.
