Terrible service, waiter takes your credit card when you order and enters himself the tip amount without asking. Food was served slowly and overpriced even compared to airport standards. Will never go there again.

The place looked good from the outside, but we were disappointed with what we found inside. The food was not great (my burger that I ordered to be cooked to a medium was burnt crispy to the point of being inedible). The service was highly uneven (one or two employees cared but most of them didn’t).

Had the guy order through a tablet for me so my 20% tip was locked in, even as they added two bottles of water to our bill without permission and ignored us after the food got dropped off. Food was fine. Won't be back.

Restaurant was severely understaffed. Our waiter was working his ass off but was always extremely busy doing multiple jobs—waiter, bus boy, dish washer, and getting restaurant ready for future customers. The lack of time and attention was annoying. We waited for milk while our coffee got cold. It took a long time to get milk after asking multiple staff members, including our waiter three times. The only way I got a refill on my coffee was to go to the bar and interrupt another extremely busy employee. The quality of the food was terrible. My breakfast potatoes were cold, soft and mushy, the bacon was too fatty and under cooked, and the eggs were tasteless. There were three of us, and we were all underwhelmed. It was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve ever had in an airport, and my expectations were not high to begin with. I will never eat there again or recommend.

Obviously overpriced but we’re in an airport so to be expected . Kids meal was actually good for money and good size. Adult food is below average but service was lovely.

The first waitress who welcomed me told me that I can seat at the table I wanted as the restaurant was 10% full of customers. So, I seated at a table for 4 people as it has a more confortable sofa. Once I just finished my entree, the manager asked me to change table to the bar because I am seated at a table for minimum 2 people. I did not even start to drink my coffee. I would have been much more comprehensive to change table if the restaurant was full of customers but it was not the case and the first waitress told me that I can eat wherever I wanted. And the way the manager talked to me was clearly not kind or professional. So, I packed my stuff and drunk my coffee at the bar. I do not blame the first kind waitress and the kitchen because my entree was good and the service was good at the beginning. When I discussed to another waitress about what happened, the manager was listening the conversation but did not say anything. He was just there, passive and nonchalant. It is a shame to have a lack of customer service from a manager of a restaurant.

Worst experience dining ever. I originally came at the end of December for just steak and fries. First at my table the cups were filthy, I asked for new ones, I received a moderate clean cup but with white floaties in my water. I tried to get the waitors attention multiple times but blatant ignored me and at times were hostile. As placing my food on the table, which was bloody as rare when I asked for medium well, I tried requesting new utensils and he walked away as placing my food. Nonetheless I recieved no customer service whatsoever. When the check came, I asked to pay cash, he said they "didn't take cash" but I saw the table next to us paying in cash. I just went ahead with my card because of the uncomfortableness I felt. I put in my card and he took the machine and gave me my card back. I put in no tip. After I get emailed my reciept and he gave himself a 10 dollar tip. Without my approval. I didn't realize this until I was at my gate. I went back and he said that "gratuity is automatically applied". But that was never covered in my original receipt when I got it BEFORE paying. It also was never said nor mentioned in menus. I tried asking to refund the tip amount and he said to "dispute it on my card". I asked for writing as documentation but he refused. Nonetheless, I dispute the charge on my card and just today the restaurant DENIES this situation ever happening. I will be bringing this to small claims. Never again.

For airport dining, this was great! We ordered impossible burgers and they were excellent. Service was top notch. The rating doesn't do this justice for airport dining.

The staff is friendly but not very organized. They also do not serve water you have to purchase a bottle.

Great and fast service from staff. I ordered truffle fries and although the serving size was decent, they were chewy and not hot when they came out - this is not what you want from a serving of fries. I wouldn’t recommend the fries.

Food was fine. Ppl expecting fine dining should stay in NYC haha. Service was great, friendly African American dude with dreads greeted and seating us. Great server making do without certain ingredients. All the food was fine, edible and satisfying. United members get 20% off in the discount code area. Chill vibe with charging stations and sit down civilized dining.

Pineapple juice is basically just sugar. I got carbonada but it's so bad and the chicken was so dry. Also expensive. Just go to Wendy's at the end of the same terminal

Awful service. The server today (has braids, goatee) has the nastiest attitude. He complained about taking my order. Gave himself 18% gratuity without asking or telling me (options are from 15% up). I waited for my burger while 4 other tables (pretty empty, only about 6 tables) got served before me - including my exact order. He was on his cell phone and massaging this woman in the kitchens back (guests could see this). Shoved 2 fingers in my face “it’ll be 2 minutes” rudely after a long wait. I asked for the receipt and he got extra rude and wouldn’t stop talking at me, complaining he hates using the restaurants ordering system and hates doing it for customers. Other servers had to fill everyone’s waters as he didn’t bother, a man walked up to the bar with his empty glasses (he hadn’t bothered to check on them, he was drinking water himself behind the bar and on his phone). Reacted rudely to that customer too. Food was slow and mediocre, but the service was horrible and needs to be addressed.
