Veneza Bakery is a smallish scale bakery and doubles a bodega. Eliane really makes the visit here special. I just came for some snacks to power through the day but she is really friendly making it more than the run of the mill bodegas that populate Newark/NYC. As I took a break, I watched other regulars or passerby's come in ordering various things. One thing that seems to be the hot item here is the expressos, which I watched three different people order. There are baked goods here, but not to the degree of a large scale bakery. They did have one of my favorite candy's that I enjoyed as a kid and still do which is cool.
