. Looks like a good place to ear from. The outside.. food was the worst I had on my stay in the US . The service was very lovely though.. oh and the sweet potato fries are a winner

How do you charge $63 for a steak but don’t bother to have steak sauce? What a total rip off and scam. And the waitress was rude and uncouth.

QR code ordering was a joke, no one could connect to it.... then was charged for 6 beers when we only had 4!! their use of the technology they had was poor.

Most mid Club Sandwich I have ever had.
They make you order through your phone and pay through your phone. Minimal service. Expensive. Good spot to watch the game though

I was very skeptical about coming here because of all the bad reviews.
The issues that were at hand were service, food, price and advance payment.
The service - she greeted me as I sat down and brought me a paper menu. She was very nice and pleasing. She checked on me after I had eat a little bit. I don't like it when they come to quickly, give me a chance to taste it all.
The food - I had the filet mignon, sweet potato fries and caeser salad. The steak was cooked to my liking and tasty. The fries were not overcooked, they were good and the salad was good, it would be really bad to screw up a salad.
Advance payment - I had a talk with her first about this. First I asked if all these restaurants pay upfront and she said yes. I already read about that in reviews from other places. Then I give my thoughts on upfront tipping. How am I supposed to grade my tip without the experience?? She was very open to my complaint and kindly said it was ok to hit $0 for the tip. She never copped an attitude with me. I chose to go ahead and tip and deal with that as needed. It seems that it is what it is if you want a meal from a place like that. And the price is gonna be high... it's airport food.
I will give credit where it's due, trust me, I've received some horrible service at places and the manager wiped my bill. So I will be honest about it.

Qr code system didn’t work, so it took 15 mins for the employee to take my bank card and do an order themselves.

This place has pretty good food. I got a breakfast burrito which was cooked nicely and a side of potatoes. The potatoes were also cooked well but they were sliced super thin. I imagine this made cooking quicker and they were a good mix of crispy and soft but they also were extremely hard to eat with a fork.
Service here was fine. I don’t love how no one greets you and you are expected to sit yourself and order through a QR Code. No one came by to check on me for quite some time. And you were asked to tip before receiving any service. I generally don’t like QR code ordering.
The interior is clean and they have plugs for device charging at every table for both computers and cell phones.

Food was awful…you can’t make changes to the sandwich. I wanted just an avocado on my club sandwich with no bacon and no mayo…. And the avocado was an extra $4. Club sandwich and sweet potato fries $40…and you can’t “have it your way” the server was very nice but what are we tipping for he can’t give you any service!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE, the service is the worst I’ve had in my time on earth these people move slower than a small, so incredibly entitled. You pay in advance e or we would have walked out. We did see people walk out. Do not go.

The server rushes over to take your order so you don’t know that they are pre entering their tip amount! This is supposed to be a self order established and it was made out like we had to use the server. For a $60 meal they tipped themselves $20. Our meals came out at totally different times. By SO had got his after I was finished eating already. SCAM!!!!!

Okay. When a restaurant deserves a one star, i really mean it. I ordered from the kiosk and waited for a while. I asked a waitress whats the ETA on my order and was told the cook havent got the ingredients out of the freezer and prepared for the menu. Then my flight begins boarding less than 10 mins and I requested to cancel my order. The kiosk doesn’t have the option to cancel and look at previous orders. Waiting for a manager to reimburse me. Not fun at all. Resolved after 30 mins
