Waste of good money, the fish was not edible, I waited 20 minutes for my food and my salad arrived with my food rather than arriving 10 minutes sooner. They charge you upfront for the gratuity so you can’t even decide whether it was worth a gratuity or not.

One of the most horrible chicken sandwiches I've ever had.
First, it looks nothing like the picture, very dry, served on a dry old bun with 3 lousy pickles.
The fries tasted like it has been out all day. Most likely never eating there again.

Only 1 for service because do not allow negative. Never was served or spoken to after ordering. Way to blow it. By the way nice of you to serve alcohol to minors for a cash tip

Worse experience that I ever had.
Food took ever 1 hour and when finally got on the table was cold cold cold.
None checked on you and bartenders were just running around and seemed super disorganized.
I don’t think they should offer food if they can’t provide the service.

Chose this place to wait for a delayed flight as it was near my gate, wish I read the reviews beforehand. I feel scammed, I ordered 2 drinks and a salad and mentioned that I had a $20 credit from United for the delayed flight, the waiter said that I can enter the credit when checking out but when I went to close the bill there was no such option and my credit card charged fully. I asked the waiter for help, he assured me that he'll refund me the $20, but instead when I checked my credit card bill I was charged for another drink! They know that as a traveler you most likely will not come back and they can scam you. I would avoid this place or be very vigilant with your receipt.

Horrible service and they don’t even have items on the menu. Then make you go through a difficult refund process.

What I ordered and what I got look very different. $30 plus tip for a sad amount of grains, no kale (mixed greens though), no mushrooms, and a tiny piece of salmon. The server sourced some mushrooms from a different restaurant, which I appreciate, but I really regret coming here :(

The absolute worst place I have ever been. Incompetent staff, worse management and a system that is fraudulent. I did not receive my order and staff, then management told me they couldn’t cancel it or refund the money and I needed to talk to corporate about it. This is a FRAUDULENT business, do not go there. If you could give zero stars or less for everything I would.
