Wanderlust Burger Bar

Awful place. 30 mins for takeaway wings at $20. 5 wings and a few carots and celery sticks which looked a week old. No sign of the ranch dip either. 1 person working kitchen. Don't waste your money

ok, there are two parts: the grab and go & the sit area. I didnt know that, there's no signs or anything i ordered in a machine and sit while waiting. then the "waitress"told me i could not be there, even if i had bought the food and the place was empty! she made order something else so as could stay... totally unethical. would not reccomend this place.

very good onion rings very good otherwise the service quite fast well located otherwise the restaurant is very good beautiful

Waited 23 minutes for a single order of fries after being told they were already made.
Ended up leaving without my food or a refund to make my flight.

Will not order here again.

Quick bite before my flight out.

Ordered the burger and fries.

Fries were inedible, but burger was fine. Not too many options for takeout.

Took a long time for the food to come out. For $25 after tax, probably better options out there.

They supposedly offer service at the gates immediately adjacent to the bar. I scanned the bar code at the table I was sitting at and ordered a pre-flight beer. I had plenty of time before my flight, but the drink never came. I asked for a refund through the app, but no refund ever came. Poor service (or no service) and zero responsiveness on the request.

**Disappointing Experience with Receipt and Customer Service**

I placed an order through the online system. While the food was decent and arrived within a reasonable time, I encountered a significant issue with the receipt. It was supposed to be emailed to me but never arrived. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact customer service to resolve this issue, but I have been completely ignored.

This lack of follow-through and poor customer support has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. A simple receipt should not be this difficult to obtain, and the lack of response is unacceptable. I hope the company improves its processes and prioritizes customer communication in the future.

The online order system they use - sucks big time. I have waited for the order for more than 30 minutes and there were almost no people there. waitress and bartender were very friendly though and tried to shift orders around to get me the burger faster.

Ordered the fried chicken sandwich, I was already mad about the price but ordered it anyway. I asked for no jalapeños and sauce on the side. Let's just say it was quite underwhelming.

Edit: This company is terrible they answered my Google review but not my request for a refund. Stay far away, food is not as pictured and prices are extremely inflated.
