The man working there is extremely unfriendly. We felt nervous about asking for anything because he clearly hates his job and hates people. These QR codes where you pre -pay and pre-tip are a MISTAKE because employees don't care about service because they already have your money. Horrible service and we already tipped 20%!!!

This place is quite deceiving and will take advantage of all passengers passing through. In their menu for sandwiches, they offer a grilled chicken breast, with smoky real bacon and slices of real avocado. Well, what they delivered was old baked chicken thighs, red onions for substitution of bacon (how dare them) and a smear of cream of avocado for real slices of Avocados. They put a hold on my credit card account for $60 for a $24 sandwich. NOT A HONEST BUSINESS MERCHANT.

Awfully slow. It took 20 minutes. In the end I wasn't able to eat it since the plane started boarding and unable to cancel the order in time (I foolishly didn't have a receipt generated, as I didn't expect to be needing one, and waiting for a manager to appear 5 minutes later was not an option). Avoid if you possibly can. Lots of line cooks standing around idly due to poor coordination of the staff (in many cases they were in each other's way or waiting for someone else to do something first). Waste of $25. I wish I had read the other reviews and avoided this mistake. Someone with operations expertise needs to review their procedures. It isn't for lack of staff hired but for lack of efficiency in how they cook.

Awful service. Waited 20 minutes for chicken tenders. No communication from the staff. Asked a worker who was out putting stickers on bananas how long it normally takes and she said 10 minutes. I said I've been waiting 20 and asked if she could check. She told me to ask the chef. I went to the guy cooking and he said that they have been done for 10 minutes and waiting for someone to pick them up. Nobody ever called me!

I just ordered from the kiosk and sat down and the server kicked me out of the chair because I’m not dining in. I just bought a $21 burger and I can’t sit and wait? There wasn’t but a few people I would have probably ordered a drink. Bad service from the service but the cooks were very nice.

Please be careful here. The food and hygiene is extremely poor. I got sick for days after eating a burger there. My friend told me the same. It’s extremely unhealthy and dangerous.

We waited 45 minutes for our burgers on the afternoon of Thur, Feb 29th. And I got a virtually raw burger. (Pic attached). So disgusting! There were very few people in the restaurant or ordering food, so I'm not sure why they couldn't handle the orders. Very odd. I will say that the young guy who was taking orders in front and walking out to the gates was very friendly and tried to help as much as he could.

The kiosk when ordering the wander burger did not give you options for no onions or no pickles. Need more options for those items .We asked for mixed greens but got fries. Chicken sandwich was really good. Fries not so

Couldn’t even get anything without going online, so no phone service or WiFi and they won’t serve you! Plus bad service, I was sitting here for a long time and nobody even said hi, and then I find out they won’t serve me after waiting politely.

1. Took 28 minutes for one burger. At an airport, that seems unreasonable seeing as there’s a chance one might have a plane to catch.2. Worker kept scrolling a phone with the gloves she was handling food with.3. A server, not wearing gloves even, snacked on burger toppings from the bins.4. Staff seemed deeply offended when I politely asked how long it would be when my flight was boarding. They said I should eat at Wendy’s if I want fast food. I would have, if there had been one.EDIT:To emphasize the problems with this restaurant, please note the canned response to my review. They post the same response to every negative review. The issues I had with this place are obviously not new as many reviewers have flagged the same issues for quite some time.There’s no good reason for anyone to expect them to make “improve” anything. Clearly the business model is: fleece customers flying through this airport and don’t worry about repeat customers.
