When asking to use the restroom the manager Terrence would not let me use the restroom until I order something even though I advised him it was an emergency... I was making a purchase but my order had coupons that needs to be used.

Very rude and intuitive staff, incomplete order, mixed up orders. You don't want to waste your time there. Very unprofessional staff.
They missed so much of my order and replaced it with a bunch of chicken nuggets and gave me cheese on everything after I asked for no cheese ( bc I am allergic ( awful night staff and will definitely never go here again

The wrap we ordered had some hard and chewable parts in it.
The spicy chicken sandwich was put together very sloppy, I had to fix it to be able to eat it.

The girl when I went to finally get my food was in a rush for me to get out her drive through , after only receiving my food 2 seconds ago . I received the order , she said thank you . After I went to check to make sure , she repeated the “thank you” again as if she was trying to basically say “move it along” . As I’m about to pull off I said “I heard you the first time” she says then after “calm down . Relax” I then backed up and had to ask her who she talking to and what was the problem?! As I don’t understand what’s the rush for me wanting to check MY food that I paid for . It wasn’t a line at the time while I was checking my food for her to be in a rush for me to move .. I then had to put her in her place to let her know that you’re not gonna get my money & then rush for me to go . After tonight I best believe she clocked out or ended her shift after the embarrassment & respect I needed to show her . Wendy’s teach your employee etiquette .
