Terrible customer service from the cashier taking the order on the headset last night, November 22. I could hardly order since the cashier was so in my mouth, cutting me off and not letting me finish my order. I had to repeat the order 5 times !! And he still got my order wrong !! He obviously doesn’t enjoy his job and should find a new one. I’ve never had an experience like that here. Very disappointing when people let their bad mood run their shifts. Please find a new night time cashier because he is not the one! That young man needs to be put on the food line or something because customer service is not for him !!

They have me standing here for two large fries and the manager is walking pass me saying nothing at all as if I am.not here no type of customer service and didn't even offer to say I was waiting . It took someone who didn't take order to actually ask if I got my order yet real customer service will get small orders put and then have one work on big orders . Totally unprofessional wish I could take the photo.. took me 21 mins to get this simple order

Just wanna acknowledge the manger tonight , I didn’t get her name ! Shes a beautiful dark skinned woman , about 5’6, she went out her way to assist me and she was extremely sincere. The new guy also , HE IS A BEAST !! He is trying so hard and it shows! I love when these 2 are on shift!!! Thank you for being you.. the entire staff tonight was extremely great and trying there best!!!! Keep it up guys !!!

Lines are always long at every Wendy’s .. But This one is always the worst .. always messes up orders , always excess wait time even for just a burger .. Customer Service can definitely be better !

I just requested for remove a cheese and bacon on crispy chicken BLT.. they still put it on the sandwich. I never ask for that. They gotta be careful with everyone’s requests with sandwich. Please fix this issue. Next time. Thanks.

If I go to a store and they telling me you have biggie bags for a 5,6 or 7 that's what I expect to pay for it not 6:40 5:40 or 7:40 even the extra amounts they put on after that and then I don't expect to be asked if I want medium or large I wanted the five or six or seven biggie bag the way it comes.
