Establishment is nice however doesn’t match the service. Service is horrible Waited 1 hr to get waited on then another 2 1/2 hrs for my food. Boyfriend food never came. Mgmt was not accommodating or apologetic very nonchalant. And to mention I traveled from NY ignoring the negative reviews. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The first time we went for the live entertainment, we ordered food and drinks and everything was great! Every time we have gone after that, the food has gone drastically downhill. Did they change chefs? We really enjoyed Lady B’s basement party, but the drinks and the finger food were expensive and the person taking the orders was rude. Last month we went for the 5:00 evening show and I ordered turkey wings, which were cold and undercooked. They had no seasoning either. It’s a shame that everywhere we go starts out good, but then it gets worse each time after. Where is the consistency in menus, the taste of the food and the service we receive? If you’re going to charge these high prices, at least make it worth it.

the venue itself is a nice vibe but awful awful service, and "management" was unphased. Couldn't speak on the food since it was too hard and cold when it came out to eat. Not a place I'd drive an hour to check out again

I was extremely fond of the Laugh Out Loud comedy night... Heard that it was no longer being bend there anymore because of a problem with the owner. Not sure how true it is. But bad to be a rumor. I go by my own experience though. I for 1 have been delighted with my experience accept maybe the host at the door not being so welcoming... NEVER. I PRAY THE OWNER IS READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS. Ive had nothing but great interactions with the owner. However... This is the quickest way to loose customers... horrible customer service. Wishing them the very best.

Me and two other ladies came here for a day party celebrating my cousin birthday. I heard that the service wasn’t great but decided to give them a try anyway, well not only was the service horrible the manager is as well. First it took some time for us to received our drinks after that it took way too long to receive our food. We had different severs bring over food that wasn’t ours when we did receive our food it wasn’t everything. Me and cousin received our food and was done eating before my girlfriend even received hers. She asked to speak to a manager three times, before the manager came over she finally received her food but it was cold. The manager finally came over, she was pleasant at all. Instead of offering my girlfriend so type of accommodation she just tried to give excuses about why she received her food so late. Needless to say, we will not be back. This was my girlfriend and cousin first time there who both traveled from Philly celebrate a birthday , it was completely embarrassing of the service we received and the attitude of the manager.

The vibe and music was good. I was disappointed by the food and advertising the Lady B. Basement Party would have a buffet. There was no buffet and the only option available was fried chicken(20) or fish(25) and sting beans and Mac & Cheese. I got the fish, I couldn’t even make a sandwich. The two and a half pieces were small, overcooked and crunchy. Let’s not forget very salty. The drinks weren’t bad, but the bartenders took their tip automatically. I may give them another try for the vibe. Not sure if I would go back for the food or service and I will be skeptical about what’s advertised.

Pulling up to Wilson's and greeted by security best experience , the security officer was very pleasant and engaging with us (group of 12). The 1st lady at the door said Nothing , next lady asked how many then said $10 each ok no problem everyone was paying for themselves she collected all the money then pointed security guard to where we would sit. Its very tight sitting well at least last night line dance , thinking the tables were pulled off the floor area but not what everyone raved about so far. Took almost 20 mins to get waited on , our waitress only had 4 drink orders the rest waters with lemon , the food was alot but the food came out 1st and all over the place , let me start with mine Im allergic to old bay and shrimp had old bay fried in it and the were not hot I asked how many shrimp she said 4 large butterfly my shrimp were not butterfly or large quarter size with a tail. My other order was salmon egg rolls , they were cold , cheese not melted and dry very bad tasting. I wasn't sebding back but so curious how all came out so quickly now we there an hour and 1/2 now remember an hour ago drinks ordered still no drinks ask the waitress she says I will go check , ok back to tables other food soneone had wings not all the way done greens taste like vinegar , mac & cheese tasted like cooked days ago (the way it looked in the bowl I would have never tasted it)oh shrimp had no cocktail sauce, someone else had shrimp hers were cold cold she got more that were hot but too bready , the mussels they liked , the lobster bisque she liked , pizza they liked but still no white russian , no mojito and no wine not to mention no water with lemon. It took 2 hours for all drinks. The management was nasty , the female bartender nasty and the waitress very slow and didn't come check on us its no way it took 2 hours for drinks especially water but didn't care her tip was included. I can say I went and will never again, The line dancing was Fun he is a very good instructor.
