I’m writing this review on the behalf of a close friend & all other DoorDash Ubereats & other food delivery services. While picking up 3 orders from this particular Wingstop, my friend asked could he use the restroom, the counter person, who by the way is packaging the 3 orders tells him “No” you must buy something to be able to use the bathroom. Are you insane? Or just stupid? These men & women work extremely hard daily to provide a service to consumers of Wingstop & various other eateries. At the very least you can provide them a place to use the restroom. If this is an order placed down by management it shouldn’t include Food Delivery Drivers & also having a staff of competent people who know how to make executive decisions on their own without compromising the integrity of the company. Oh I forgot this was Christmas Eve in a snowstorm.

Ordered from uber eats last night and I got the leftover wings with weird aftertaste and funny smell.

The saltiest, most disgusting wings & tenders out there. Forget about ordering the Louisiana style flavor, it was so salty it was not edible. The mango habanero? Same, heaps of salt. The seasoned fries, even worse. I’ve enjoyed wingstop in other locations but this one was a complete waste of our money.

Wings are good but don't know why a place that sells wings you have to pay for sauce. That part is a rip off. Also, when you order on the app there is no options for all flats or drums.

I give up on this wing stop location!! There are just beyond help and are so damn incompetent!! When I order for pick up whether through door dash or the wing stop website I always either have to repeat my order to them when I arrive like 20 times or it’s still not ready. On top of that I pay the extra to receive all drums and it clearly states ALL DRUMS on the receipt on the damn bag and they STILL give me all FLATS!! Please save your time, energy, and money and go to another wing stop location!

The customer service was horrifying. The girl that took the order over the phone is incompetent, she typed the order correctly on the receipt but relayed the order incorrectly to the cooks in the back, told us that we placed a different order from what we ordered then asked for the receipt only to find that the error was on her end.
She failed to take account for her error , gas lit us, smart mouthed us, then proceeded to be condenscending and laughed in our faces. All that we wanted was our order to be corrected and a apology for the wasted time, inconvience, humiliation and prolonged hunger pain. She had the right one tonight and ended up running to the back of the restaurant to hide from the embarrassment.
Customer service training is indeed needed and so does necessary consequences for trying shame and discriminate against customers.

Compared to other Wingstop locations I’ve been too, this one was amazing! I tried the new hot honey rub tenders with a side of Cajun fries. Everything was delicious and the service was great. Sarah was a big help in suggesting the sauces and making my experience a lot smoother.

Avoid at all costs and go to the one in Belleville instead! They have over 4 star rating and better food and customer service! This Wingstop is ghetto, a bunch of young kids that are immature with no sense of professionalism or customer service. I will never going back, I gave this spot enough chances. Food and drinks suck and honestly you don't want your food cooked here with the energy of those workers. They be on their phones while handling food, I didn't see one person with gloves and they will ignore you at the counter to laugh and talk to friends and coworkers.

Went to my local wing so to take advantage of a special through T-mobile and was told that they had run out of the special, to go visit a different location.

Wings were way overcooked and ice cold. They also had a horrible aftertaste. Like they were fried in diesel fuel. Never again.
