I grew up eating from here with my mom, and it is one of the few places I remember from my childhood that is still going. I visited here yesterday for the first time since the makeover, and I really like the new look. Not only that, the service was awesome! I am back today for the Wednesday special....get any double for the price of a single! I am a lifetime customer!!!
My first time visiting and I was pleasantly amazed! The place is clean, the service was outstanding and the food… delicious! My favorite items were the wings and the Italian Sausage, yum! Theres a mom and daughter duo running the restaurant who took time to personalize my experience even with the line going out of the door! I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone looking for a true Newark Food Experience!
I am sooo happy this placed re-opened!!! The new ownership really cleaned up the place and they were so warm and welcoming! The food was absolutely delicious and affordable. The service was A1!!!
