1st time trying this type drink, I tried asking numerous times about the drinks available, and it was like pulling teeth. It's not like they were busy and she couldn't take a second to explain to me due to lots of customers, I was the only customer there.. anyhow, the drink turned out to be absolutely disgusting and ridiculously overpriced being $7 for a small. #NEVERAGAIN

Extremely rude employees. Particularly TJ and Tiffany (who seems to be a bit new). I used to love coming here, but the attitudes I got from them made it impossible for me to want to spend my money here again. They messed up my drink, refused to remake it, and refused to give me a refund. I get the same drink every time, and they're aware I'm a regular. Yet, they still acted like it was me who messed up the order instead of them.Employees being rude seems to be the norm here. Another person reviewed this place commenting on how rude they are (https://maps.app.goo.gl/SeJ68wFxa1zZ6G4C9) and they responded pretending as if it was untrue. The manager wasn't present, so I am hoping to speak to her on Monday when she returns.
