I’m a huge fan of lychee and they offer lychee boba tea. Win / win. The food is pretty good also. My favorites are the spring rolls and Shrimp RB.

The onigiri is always great. The shrimp and onigiri is fresh and delicious. I love the atmosphere and the service is excellent.

I was quite unhappy with the quality and preparation of my jumbo shrimp tempura onigiri yesterday. It is one of the more costly items, so you would expect it to be worth the money, however the flavor and overall quality was disappointing. The rice was overcooked and mushy (you can tell just by the picture there is no definition of the rice just a mushed ball), and the shrimp tempura smelled fishy, despite the fact that shrimp is the least fishy tasting shellfish. Plus frying it in batter should make it taste even less fishy. I ended up tossing it since it severely lacked in flavor and was simply unappetizing.

Very good food. Quick to make the orders for tea and food. Left in under 5 minutes.Vegetarian options: Very accommodating to vegetariansDietary restrictions: I'm vegan and there were still quite a few options for me.Kid-friendliness: If you're kid is a picky eater, they will still like the food here as they offer a lot of options. Coming from a picky eater myself.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a ramp for wheelchair users.

The onigiri here is absolutely disgusting. I'm just appalled they would think to serve a bunch of fishy mush to their customer. Let me preface by saying, I have been to their other locations in NYC where the onigiri were fresh and delicious. I thought this would be the same experience... NO. The rice cooked to the point where it looks like mashed potatoes ? And the shrimp was extremely fish, I threw the rest out. What a waste of money and food. I've never had shrimp tempura that was fishy, which made me think the food is not fresh at this location. If you're looking to buy onigiri here, look elsewhere... it's disgusting here. Looking at the picture makes me gag. Unacceptable.

I ordered a drink tonight (1/9/24) and there was a rude young lady African american with twist in her hair which makes me never want to order from there again the location was on central Ave. She mess up on my order told me she couldn't fix it and that there was no manager for me to talk to. She told me she can not refund my money when all I asked for was a remake of my drink Because they made it wrong. I am also an manager of my on restaurant and I will never let my employees treat or customers this way.

Got the coconut milk tea. Extremely watered down, tastes like coconut flavored water. Don't recommend.

Ordered from door dash, mistakenly received the wrong ordered. However, yaya tea took the accountability and the initiative to call me to accommodate me for the mistake. We need more restaurants with stellar customer service like this. All drinks and food are authentic and fantastic. Will be recommending to my family and friends.

The fruit bobas were made well but a bit too sweet for my taste. The mango pops in there was a really good idea, the cups and the atmosphere inside is a cute idea. And the names of the drinks were funny to read.
