I ordered a tofu rice roll. It did not taste good at all. I also ordered a matcha latte 25% sweet. I was expecting a little sugar. It was way too sweet. I’ve had the matcha latte here before and it was good-that’s why I came back. Today was a total miss. Nice space but the food and drink were very disappointing.

They only have three options for ramen. There is one vegetarian option but it was sold out when we visited, unfortunately. I’d say go there for the milk teas but not the ramen.Vegetarian options: There is only one vegetarian option but it was sold out when we went.

I went here with my boyfriend on a Monday night. You would think it’s slow on Mondays, right? Well, it’s actually located across NJPAC and they were having a very well-known Asian American comedian perform that evening. The place was *mobbed* and they only scheduled 2 people to work. No one was able to get their food in time. I had ordered just 2 bubble teas, and waited 30 minutes only to cancel because I wanted to get to the venue. I would advise the owner of this place to check the venue schedule when thinking of staffing on certain days.

Everything was supper nice! Great food, people, and place!!! I don’t understand some of the bad reviews… but don’t listen to them and go!!!! Loved it every thing was a 10/10 I went back the next day!!! Try it!

I just came here on a whim kind of. I was browsing Google maps and came across it. I don’t understand the low rating but I loved the food. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen with a Strawberry Milk Tea. Honestly really enjoyed my meal and tea. Will definitely come back again if I’m in the area.

Finally tried this spot today. I got the ramen rice drink special, which wasn't that great of a deal but I wanted to get a feel for their food. I ordered the miso ramen and asked for it spicy, the black milk tea, and a beef rice. My sister got the matcha milk tea and tomato ramen. We both enjoyed our ramen! The miso ramen broth was nice and layered and spicy like I'd hoped. Ramen egg was perfectly soft boiled and the noodles were perfect. My sister enjoyed the tomato ramen, perfect for a cold winter day. I didn't love the rice side dish but the milk teas were very good. The place has cute decor but they need to keep the bathroom cleaner. The cook (maybe the owner?) was very nice and accommodating.

I don’t recommend this place. Their customer service is terrible, and staff barely open their mouth when you speak or have questions. The prices are extensive with very little option to customize your order. We asked to purchase extra noodles and they told us no. We also purchased a $10 drink and it was very basic, no flavor or wow factor. I’ve had fruit tea and bubble tea before and I know it shouldn’t taste bland like that. Lastly, if you dine-in there will be no music & the staff will be sitting on their phone playing candy crush.The only thing that is saving them is the broth. I’d recommend ramen gami or Kinjo if you’re looking for a pleasant experience.
