1 star for ordering a caramel latte, taking a sip and tasting only steamed milk and caramel. As in, they forgot the coffee in my coffee. I'm less angry and more laughing in disbelief.2 stars for not being the token Starbucks or Dunkin.

Was a great quick stop before my flight. Keep it simple here though. I had cream cheese and sesame toasted bagel. Quick, cheap, tasty.

I wish I could give it 0/5 I can’t stop thinking about how horrible it was. I paid $10 for the worst egg and cheese bagel of my whole life.

Orders the NYC works with very light cream cheeses smear and not toasted….of course there’s tons of cream cheese an it’s toasted. If they had delivered how i ordered it my rating would be at least a 4!!!

The latte' was very similiar to a Starbucks Latte ? the toasted cinnamon raisin bagle was tasty. There was lots of place to sit. I liked it!

Horribly slow. Took 20 min to make a 10$!!! mango smoothie and they are mixing up orders from other patrons. Please improve if you want to stay in business.

Very friendly and quick. Great coffee as well!. Food is always fresh and delicious. Kiosk is in a bad location and blocks the line to the register if you don't want to use it. It should just be turned around to free up the area.

Passed by Zaro's at the start of our Labor Day week in Los Angeles. Not too bad for a terminal concession and the prices weren't crazy either. My Monte Cristo sandwich was hot and tasty and the toasted Sesame Bagel was as expected. Seating was plentiful (it was 3pm) and the table was clean. Our server was not too interested in things but did a passable job. We liked the overall selections and it was a welcome respite from the normal Dunkin or Starbucks.

Service was good. Coffee was too strong and bitter. Pastries (croissant and bagel) were good

Fast and friendly service. The bagel may not be your traditional NY Bagel, but it hit the spot. Coffee was just strong enough to do the job. Considerably affordable for an airport Kiosk. Under 10$ for a coffee and toasted bagel with butter.

You expect to overpay buying food at the airport. But I didn’t expect my black and white cookies to be stale, dry, and have the icing stuck to the packaging. I expected better from Zaros, a bakery I’ve purchased from since the 70s.This airport stop was my only change to have an authentic bagel. I paid 2 buck for additional cream cheese! My bagel was only lightly covered. It wasn’t even a proper schmear! Rip off!I had one chance for a decent bagel in the last 2 years and Zaros blew it! I am beyond disappointed!

My sandwich was very good. Great customer service. 10/10. The Yogurt parfait was 4/10 . the granola was stale . The strawberry’s looked old. The yogurt was pretty good. Returned it and they offered a new one but what’s the point. traded it for a bottled water . Yum.
