“I used The American BBQ Company this past weekend for an event I hosted at my home. I chose the American BBQ Package, and it was the perfect choice. Arrival was appx 90 minutes before the event started, which was great. By the time my guests arrived, everything was set up, and ready to go. The food was delicious, the set up of the serving area was easy for guests to access, and everything was kept neat and clean the entire time. The two employees who were there for the event were professional, friendly, and helpful. It was so nice for me to be able to spend time with my guests and not have to worry about cooking and serving. The event coordinator, Steve Felber, was easy to communicate with and was very helpful in making sure any and all questions were answered ahead of time. “Anthony and his staff were very easy to work with. He cooks with pride and it shows. The food is excellent, especially the pasta Bolognese and Graffiti salmon. The hors d'oeuvres were the highlight of the party, the mac & cheese crocks, the kobe beef sliders, coconut shrimp, just to name a few. The wait staff was very personable and pleasant. The buffet stations were set up beautifully. I highly recommend Creativa Catering and look forward to using them again.“
