“We had a 50 person party yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with the buffet they put out for us and I have to give a HUGE shout out to Matt (I’m pretty sure that was his name. Big smile and his hair in a bun). He was the wait staff taking care of all of us and he killed it! Super pleasant and he worked his butt off to serve us all. If you get Matt, take good care of him!!!!”

“Was in the Newton area so I stopped to have some breakfast, a friend of mine recommended the Hampton diner so I went in to check it out.
Upon entering there was a beautiful Christmas tree.
Nice and spacious. Pleasant staff.
I had toasted bagel with Lox. Very good I should say the way the plate was decorated looked very appealing.

“I am a frequent customer of The Arbor Restaurant and I have to say I absolutely love the food, the atmosphere, and the service. “I was looking for a place to hold a small(er) afternoon party for about 60 friends & family members, and McQ’s came highly recommended for great food, wonderful atmosphere, and top notch service. They did not disappoint. The general manager, Alexis was a pleasure to work with, and was helpful with menu choices, and whatever additional asks I had. (A table area for a display, AV hook-up for a slide presentation, and complimentary drink “coupons” for my guests. The entire staff (including the kitchen) was friendly, and determined to make this a fun (and delicious) event. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I give them 5 stars 🌟 out of 5.”

“The prepared food is so good! We had the TLT and it was so fresh and delicious. And we really appreciated the kind counter staff who were quick with their smiles and made us feel welcome. I enjoyed the big range of vegan goodies and scooped up quite a few treats to enjoy! Also, their coffee was so good and they had a wide selection of nondairy milks and creamers. Great spot to stock up on a picnic before going hiking!”

“Boomers is a very small, intimate bar where everyone knows everyone. Mostly Blue collar crowd throwing back after a hard day. Surprisingly level and well kept 6' pool table, although there is a short 3' stick required for some close walls and people) and competitive players.

Reasonably priced beer and shot joint, they have bar food also. I'd give it 5 stars for a dirty old biker like me, but it's usually a crowd of older guys during the day getting buzzed and shooting the breeze. Very nice lady behind the bar. Occasionally packed with a broad variety of ages and gender.

They even have a good sized smokers deck on the back, and ample parking. Good stop for bikers swinging through (but it's Stillwater and the local police are vigilant ball busters about the 25mph speed limit through town especially if you have loud pipes)

PS:. They have take out package goods as well (beer anyway, maybe more)

“Visited on 4/16/2023 around noon. I was a little surprised they didn’t have windows open, probably short staffed, also it’s early in the season so I understand. A girl walked over to us promptly to take our order. She was super friendly. The ice cream was good.”

“Little gem that you'd easily walk by thinking it's nothing special. Its special. The food is nothing short of authentic family style and the forward flavors aren't your Americanized mexican food. If like food from Mexico you need to try this place, if you like texmex or Americanized come here knowing it'll be a different experience.”

“The staff at this Dunkin are amazing! Seriously. I go to other Dunkins at times if I'm not near home and honestly they don't make drinks well. This Newton location by the Walgreens is absolutely fantastic! They are THE fastest drive thru crew ever at a Dunkin and they always get my drink orders perfect. The food isn't always the best, but I'm not a fan of Dunkin food too much. So I don't blame them. Absolutely would give them a thousand stars if I could 🌟”
