I am a frequent customer of The Arbor Restaurant and I have to say I absolutely love the food, the atmosphere, and the service. I highly recommend visiting and even taking home some of the delicious sweets they sell. The students are very accommodating and polite. Thanks to SCCC students and staff for running such a wonderful program. See you again soon!

Arbor Restaurant, located at Sussex County Community College, offers a unique dining experience as it is run by students as part of their culinary training. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is open to the public, and reservations are recommended. During a visit, French cuisine was served, and the food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. The presentation was creative and beautiful. The students did an excellent job, and it was a pleasure to speak with the chef/teacher. A special order was successfully placed for a birthday celebration, with the cake being perfect - not too sweet, with great presentation and taste. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and diners are looking forward to returning.
