The staff is very friendly. The food is very good. However, the attention to detail and consistency really varies. If I order the same thing 3 times in a row it will be different every time. The level of cream cheese on a bagel is wildly different based on who makes your order. The bagel I just received had a layer of cream cheese so thin you could barely see it. So disappointing and frustrating bc I want to love this place so much.

Terrible service... Try to call and order something you're going to either get hung up on or put on hold for 10 minutes, or go to pick up your order and they never even made it or have your order written down, or you can order dine in and wait for 20-30 minutes. I never leave reviews but this is happening to me on several occasions... I won't even go here... just go to G&S they're next door

This Bagel Baker has the best bagels around. As far as breakfast sandwich’s, they are top tier. Also the quesadillas are good. The coffee is great too. It can get kinda busy in the mornings so be prepared to wait a few minutes in line anytime before 11am. Service is excellent. A go to place if you are passing by.

Place is a nightmare these days. They moved around/got rid of some employees and now takes forever to order let alone get your food

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experiences here. I stopped in the other day to grab some coffee and a bagel. I have been back 3 days in a row. The freshest bagels, my favorite is garlic. The staff was very friendly and quick with service. I was in and out in no time. Thank you guys!
