The best experience! We love Vaida Y!! She was so attentive, kind and bubbly! Was on top of everything we needed and just a great waitress! She made sure we got what we wanted exactly! We will be coming back for sure!!

Let me start out by saying the manager was disrespectful, I’ll get into that later. BUT our waitress Melissa was great the entire time. We were a party of 10 and she did wonderful. However, our food, was less then wonderful. 3 people at our table got some sort of Alfredo meal and all were WATERY, like disgustingly. 1 was replaced and came out a bit thicker but still way to watery and didn’t end up eating. Two switched there meals to a burger. These burgers, were also, DISGUSTING. Dripping in grease causing a huge pile of grease sitting on the plate as you were trying to eat it. It was burnt on the edges as well. Both men, also did not continue to eat these. When I addressed the manager after the burgers also came out bad, he told me that this was normal. There burgers are greasy. I asked him if that looked appetizing to him and if he would eat it? His response? “I don’t know why your yelling at me” I was NOT yelling in any way shape or form mind you. However, I was expecting a managers professional response of … I’m so sorry, can I get you anything else…. I’ll get these off the bill for you…. I mean, something. We thought he handled this very in appropriately. I see there’s a spot for pictures and I now wish I had taken some!!!

I ordered the brownie bite. I understand it’s not supposed to be that big but what I received was absolutely pathetic. Can’t just serve a tiny sliver for $8 bucks big boy 🤷🏻

We had the boneless wings appetizer and 2 burger platters. The classic bacon cheeseburger and the bourbon with mushrooms and onions. All so delicious 😋 😍

My friend was being threatened at the bar by a drunk guy and asked management to help out or kick out the drunk guy. Management then threatened to kick out my friend for asking for help. Not a safe place. The managers name was Jim I think? We just wanted to eat here. Strange interaction and not a good place.
Lovely meal at reasonable prices.Our waitress,Tiffany,was super friendly and very efficient. Highly recommended !
I have returned here thrice in one week,upon my 2nd visit to Newton NJ and the meals are as delicious as before. The staff even when busy are as kind ,efficient and helpful as before. Well and truly worth a visit. A heartfelt thank you.

We came to Applebee’s after my grandmothers funeral service. We were a party of about 45 people, and the 2 waitresses that we had were absolutely fabulous. Sue was the manager and she checked on us consistently to make sure that our dinner went flawlessly, and it did.
We always love coming to this location because the service can’t be matched!

Server was so very nice , very very attentive, food came out hot and was very delicious. Sue , the manager came over and asked if we needed anything. She was wonderful , we had an infant with us and made everything very comfortable for us. What a genuine great dining experience this was.
