We placed a catering order two days ago to be ready at 3:30 PM. We received a few confirmation emails ensuring that this catering order would be ready on the date and time we selected. The order was not ready and the manager argued with my husband about it. The lack of professionalism and lack of attention to detail at this location is concerning. We have contacted corporate regarding this. The staff is in need of training.

This was inside my daughter’s burritos. Still trying to understand how you miss a plastic this big in food? Luckily my daughter didn’t eat it because this momma bear would have been very upset. This is upsetting because I give a lot of business to chipotle. Contracted customers service, not much help.

(recent) A year later and you guys still can't get it together...

I went in today Jan 3rd, and the front line was nice, the young girl and the guy.

I got to the register and there was a nice big girl waiting to ring me up.

I have chipotle rewards so I decided, why not go back to the one and Newton and give it one more chance.

I scan my rewards and she says I cant redeem my points for my free bowl IN STORE that I need a coupon code...

How would you like me to transfer my points onto a coupon code?

She proceeds to say "Starbucks does that".

I didn't even argue, I paid for my bowl and told her to have a great night.

Newton Chipotle always seems to disappoint.

(1 year ago) I come here pretty often hoping it would get better. And it seems like it gets worse. The attitudes here are disgusting, this is my second terrible review. I've only had one good experience here after coming about 20 times and it was with someone who just started and he was a young kid. He made my experience 100 times better compared to everyone else that works here. There's always only 1-2 people on the front line and they move without a purpose. I'm a local and they need to do wayyyyy better.

This is an excellent chipotle location! Clean tables, very large portions, and friendly, attentive staff.

I got my usual barbacoa bowl, which was portioned very generously and the classic Chipotle flavor.

Based on this experience, I think this location is near or at the top of all the north Jersey Chipotles, and I will definitely be back again soon.

Ordered from DoorDash, came out to almost $100 for 3 people and our food was abysmal. I don't know who makes these bowls and burritos, but to spend all that money and receive barely any food in our bowls/burrito is unacceptable. We come here ALL THE TIME but will never be returning. Past 2 times we've gotten sick from the food as well.

The girl Anna was super friendly, lovely, and provided excellent service. The staff was friendly overall, but Anna was very friendly. I hope she gets a raise. The food is yummy, and the guacamole was fresh. I wish I could've left a tip.

For the last year I have been going to this location and getting a military discount
which my kids will affirm. Tonight on Wednesday dec 18 2024 I'm told that that they never had a military discount only a law enforcement discount which is unethical. I know this because I was federal law enforcement and it's unethical to offer discounts to only law enforcement.

I went to the Chipotle in Newton at around 8pm on a Friday and even though there was only one customer at a table, every table was dirty. There was food and garbage all over the floor and the food case was disgusting. I don't have high standards but this would make me never go to this Chipotle again.

Slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Non of these people work together to get the line moving along. They have one person doing everything on the line while the other person at the register, if there is even anyone else there, just standing there waiting. There should be two people on the line at all times. It’s ridiculous, even if the line is around the store, no one jumps in to help.
